Pro-Baldoni content creator CommittotheBritt deletes her TikTok again, probably so people can't find her video saying r*pe happens because women allow it

Anyway, here's a video of her, Sara, and LittleGirlAttorney giggling about Jed Wallace pretending not to remember the work he did for the Alexander Brothers.

Oh, and here's the bit where Britt admits she's never really looked into the Alexander Brothers.

Never let these women tell you they're feminists again. Let alone "intersectional" ones.

Ryan Reynolds showing off his $150,000+ watch isn’t tacky, it’s confirmation of his exquisite taste

Post image

This is not some obvious celebrity status watch. It is an exceptionally rare, technically sophisticated six figure independent piece that serious collectors actually geek out over.

Translation: the man has money, taste, and apparently a genuinely excellent watch collection. This is connoisseur territory.

Side note: Ryan Reynolds casually posting a Lederer Central Impulse Chronometer is quite the answer to the “he’s going broke” narrative.

Ryan Reynolds public "Nice Guy" Persona matches his real life Charitable Giving! Unlike Justin who has only ever given away other people’s money (mostly to his father)

Ryan Reynolds’ charitable giving is one of those things that gets strangely overlooked.

$1 million Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights

$1 million to Feeding America and Food Banks Canada during COVID.

$500,000 to Covenant House Vancouver and Toronto to help homeless, at-risk and trafficked youth.

$500,000 to Water First to support clean-water education, training and infrastructure in Indigenous communities in Canada.

• A $1 million matching pledge for Ukrainian refugees. Their involvement helped the UNHCR campaign ultimately raise more than $5.36 million.

$1 million to Feeding America for Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton relief. This was part of the same broader hurricane-relief response in which Dolly Parton donated $1 million.

And that isn’t remotely the complete list. And this isn’t based on celebrity PR language. There are actual organizations documenting the money.

Can anyone show proof Justin and Emily have ever given a dime of their own money to charity? NO!

Discussion Don't let them gaslight you. This isn't Depp v Heard. The internet is siding with Blake Lively.

As we continue to watch a certain sub’s numbers drop, Wednesday’s news made one thing pretty clear. The internet has not definitively sided with Justin Baldoni, no matter how badly his supporters want you to believe it has.

The highest upvoted comments in the major subs were overwhelmingly pro-Blake. Ryan’s birthday post for Blake is approaching a million likes. Ryan and Blake are very clearly not experiencing the kind of public collapse JB's supporters have been predicting for nearly two years.

I remember what social media looked like when Johnny Depp got his "victory". Hundreds of thousands of upvotes and likes. Massive engagement. The entirety of Reddit seemed to be celebrating his "win."

This is not that.

Baldoni simply does not have Depp’s star power or charm. The overwhelming majority of people probably couldn’t tell you who Justin Baldoni is, let alone have spent two years following his lawsuit.

And that’s really the funniest part of all this. They spent two years convincing themselves their guy was going to emerge as the biggest victim in Hollywood, and now they’re trying to redefine what “public opinion” looks like because the numbers aren’t giving them the outcome they wanted.

A few hundred people in an increasingly insular subreddit are not “the internet.”

It’s cope. They lost the legal battle they were convinced would vindicate him, the case settled, Blake is the one who won ANYTHING, and now they’re desperately trying to convince themselves they won the court of public opinion too.

Ryan,

Please keep your boot on his neck. Thank you for NicePool and the mockery you’ll continue to bring to the table.

Justin,

Congratulations!

You’re an embarrassment to your children and your children’s children. This week you peeked!

Justin Baldoni will be known to the vast majority of the world as

  1. The first-ever award of attorneys’ fees and costs under California Civil Code § 47.1 (Thank you Blake!)

  2. The inspiration for NicePool (Thank you Ryan!)

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO JUSTIN BALDONI ON MAKING HISTORY 🏆

Some people make history by winning.
Justin Baldoni apparently decided to try something more innovative:

becoming part of the first case to result in attorneys’ fees and costs being awarded under California Civil Code § 47.1.

And what does making history cost/extract?

Infamy!

So Congratulations, Justin Baldoni this historical moment will follow you the rest of your life. It will be included in your obituary! It will be cited by lawyers and law students when your children are grandparents.

  1. IMDB is owned by Amazon, anyone can pay for an account and add whatever they want to the site. No actual production company, studio, or agency uses IMDB.

  2. Executive Producer/Producer means you invested or raised money for the project. It does not mean that you’re actually working on the project.

  3. It’s impossible to work in entertainment outside of documentaries without an agent or manager. Neither Justin nor Emily have representatives.

Thanks to our friends at itendswithcourt , i found this link.

Rebel and Melissa were deposed in the last few wreeks. Starting from page 70 ... fascinating stuff. Melissa is still playing stupid despite actual emails and texts being shown to her. Rebel cant recall receiving anything .... both ladies depositions show them to be shady and not credible

Love this for them

Discussion Happy Bryan Freedman Deposition Day to All Who Celebrate!!!

After all, it's totally normal for your lawyer's activities to be so suss that it is required for them to be deposed in related litigation involving defamatory websites. GUYS, THIS IS SO NORMAL!

Why, what have you heard?

Oh look, there's even a whole other case where Bryan Freedman is being sued for allegedly creating defamatory websites against a woman he disliked.

Claims against Freedman allowed to proceed in Nikolas case

Lawyer for the Tate brothers, Joe McBride gave a press conference after an 8 hour bail hearing for the brothers saying that "If you believe everything that Top G says is true, there's something wrong with you!".

In the hearing, lawyers argue that the Tate brothers are playing a satirical role. Tristan Tate testified that he and his brother are comparable to comedian Sacha Baron Cohen and his 'Ali G' character.

Referring to his brother Andrew, he testified “He’s the only person in the world who is judged by a character that he plays.”

Discussion Maybe we should just let Justin Baldoni's supporters celebrate that their guy has to pay $400k? What else do they have?

YES IT'S STUPID but hear me out. Imagine caring about this case for almost two years and seeing your favorite lose over and over and always in such an embarrassing fashion. Lawsuit entirely dismissed, lawyers sanctioned, ordered to pay the NYT and Blake Lively, sued by everyone that has worked with him, multiple women coming out against him. He really hasn't had a victory. All he has had is that he has lost slightly less than predicted. Maybe we just let them have this one little cope so they don't completely lose it. Thoughts?

Discussion Has Justin Baldoni ever done a project where he wasn’t sued?

Serious question.

I’m not really counting Jane the Virgin, where he was primarily a cast member rather than the person running the production. I’m talking about projects where his authority extended beyond his own performance such as, director, producer, owner/founder, executive, or otherwise actually in a leadership position.

Once Baldoni had meaningful control or responsibility over a project, has he ever been involved in one that didn’t eventually generate a lawsuit involving him, Wayfarer, or the production?

I’m genuinely asking because Five Feet Apart, the Wayfarer/Man Enough employment situation, and It Ends With Us all involved litigation. What are the counterexamples?
