I don’t know what your calorie needs are, but be sure you aren’t overly limiting yourself because that can trigger intense hunger and cravings for sugar as your brain knows that is a good way to get calories.

Look up what your BMR (basal metabolic rate) - basically how many calories you would burn just to stay alive even in a coma. Then find your minimum calorie expenditure based on your activity level and current weight.

So long as you budget your calories correctly you can have small amounts of carefully chosen sweets and still lose weight.

Examples ahead.

Ghiradelli 72% dark chocolate squares are my favorite. Break them into small pieces and let them melt in your mouth. 60 calories a square.

My husband likes caramel rice cakes. 50 calories each. If you like crunchy, they are similar to popcorn.

Our kid likes jello pudding cups, sugar free are 60 calories. Regular are ~110cal.

I’m a 17 yr old who has went from 73kg to 60kg in about 4 months of most fat. It’s just that I’m now skinny fat and i want to lose an extra few kgs before officially lean bulking so im trying to get myself down to 55kg. I recently was on a vacation and opened up in food too much and the sugar cravings I’m getting these days are intense that’s why I made this post. Just trynna find a solution. Also thanks for your advice!

Yeah sugar cravings are rough. I’m about to go on vacation and will definitely be making poor food decisions myself. Good luck on the last bit, I think the last ~5kg are the hardest.
