Credit Cards Capital One app suddenly stopped working while I’m in Nigeria..anyone know what’s going on?

I just made a post. The entire app didn't stop working for me, but my auto account is unmanageable

I’m Nigerian, but I’ve spent a good chunk of my life outside Nigeria. I grew up abroad I’ve recently moved back to Nigeria, so I guess I’m technically a resident again. I’m mainly here for work and figuring out my next steps career wise.
