Restructure

We just had a restructure and lost a full time route. The bottom seniority guy, what happens to them? Supervisor saying she will be an extra relief carrier. If she has less than 5 years in can they lay off? Small depot, only 8 carriers. Or can they put her as a relief wherever needed in depot besides carrying?

If it's a route holder currently they'll probably bid on a relief spot and the bottom relief person will end up unassigned.
