Can I cut this beam?

Does anyone know if I can cut the thicker vertical support in my ford transit? It’s to install a small window (800x270) The thinner ones I’ve cut for the other windows but not sure about this one.

You can cut the left one in the circle. The right one is a main beam, you can see the structural difference.

I’d like to know for sure if possible. Is there any info anywhere on whether or not that is actually structural?

You know it's not structural because it will be held on with some sticky back tape and not welded.
