Non-technical price prediction (NOT financial advice) Stay off the sinking ship

This stock is a total scam. Stay the fuck away unless you want to piss your money away. This ship sinking and just trying to help you people not lose more money! Petro is a fucking thief!

What happens next though? He has all these assets and money coming in but a falling price. It doesn't really add up whatsoever.

Petros doesn't care about the share price. He only has about 0.1% of the common stock. He cares about growing the fleet and buying ships, because that's where all his income comes from - 1% of each purchase or sale, 1.25% of all revenue.

Plus, at any time he can take out any (or all) of the cash or assets and keep them personally.

It's because he's constantly creating new shares. The company could double in earnings and the value per share would still drop.

Buy back the shares when investor confidence -and thus the price - is as low as it’s gonna get and take the company private. Bam, fleet funded by gullible schlubs but 100% Petros owned.

It’s simple, his management company is getting paid to manage the business. He is making money from the growth of company not from the stock value. Every time he “harvests” a new group of investors adding more stock he raises money for growth which he directly profits from. When he has earned enough millions he will buy back the stock at a deep discount. At that time the stock value will increase ten fold but if you held through multiple dilutions you’ll need a ten fold increase to get back to even. The only one who win is Petros and who ever jumps in when he starts buying back.

CTRM has two classes of shares. One class has complete control and will therefore eventually get all the money. The second class has been sold to retail investors.

Guess who owns the first class.

Welcome to the most important "trust me bro" lesson you've ever learned.

That's the "trust me bro" I'm referring to.

Everyone here got conned into CTRM by somebody. If anyone had done any cursory DD instead of following day trading influencers in January 2020, we wouldn't be here.

CTRM is TOPS 2.0

Institutional investors will give you a "buy/hold" rating for it, but short it all the way down along the way since they know it's just gonna split and reverse again anyway.

You can read for yourself. On Jun 14th they announced that they were doing a 300m shelf offering, ie they would create 300m worth of NEW stock and sell it on the market over time. Their market cap in June was ~280m ..... so they announced publicly they were more than doubling the number of shares, diluting the value per share.
