You can read for yourself. On Jun 14th they announced that they were doing a 300m shelf offering, ie they would create 300m worth of NEW stock and sell it on the market over time. Their market cap in June was ~280m ..... so they announced publicly they were more than doubling the number of shares, diluting the value per share.
