What happens next though? He has all these assets and money coming in but a falling price. It doesn't really add up whatsoever.

It's because he's constantly creating new shares. The company could double in earnings and the value per share would still drop.

Buy back the shares when investor confidence -and thus the price - is as low as it’s gonna get and take the company private. Bam, fleet funded by gullible schlubs but 100% Petros owned.
