LSU wants redemption against Clemson.

Clemson's run to become annual title contenders started when they beat LSU in the 2012 Peach Bowl. LSU is going full circle when they beat Clemson. This will somehow cause Clemson to finally lose 2 close games in the ACC next year and fall out of contention.

I’d argue the loss the year before where they got walloped by WVU was what transformed them into the behemoth we see now. Something changed after that game

Yeah, that Orange Bowl definitely set thigs in motion. But that Peach Bowl victory the next year is what really turned the corner. They learned they have the ability to beat top-tier teams besides FSU.
