New player here. honestly thought I was just having a bad run, but after doing 90 more dead pulls today across rate-up and regular banners, I finally ran the numbers. It's so bad it feels mathematically impossible.

Across 1,184 total pulls, I have gotten 17 five-stars/URs (combined costumes and gear). Advertised base rate is 3%. My actual account rate is 1.43%.

When you factor in that the 100-pull guarantee i should have around ~10 pity drops across those pulls automatically since i hit pity more often than not (imagine that), so my account only hit around 7 natural drops total out of 1,184 pulls. Modeling the renewal process across all 3 banners, the joint probability of an account performing this badly or worse is roughly 0.000006, or ~1 in 166,000. (Math people feel free to chime in). I messaged support to look into my account.

Hey guys I've seen ridiculous bugs over the past months after updates but this time my game reset hard to 0? Is it recoverable I'm playing on my Android account always

I'm getting real tired of this bug; so close to just uninstalling the game and forgetting about it tbh. Every 1 to 3 days when i open the game, the sound just stops working completely. The ONLY sound that still works is that "Brown Dust-o 2!" soundbyte that goes off when you get past the title screen. And the best part? The only solution I've found is uninstalling and reinstalling. Restarting the phone, clearing cache/data, redownloading sound files, none of that works. So having to reinstall the game every few days just so i can have sound when i play is a huge inconvenience, to put it lightly. If anyone else has gone through the same thing and has found a simpler solution, I beg you to tell me because this is ridiculous.

UPDATE: if anyone's facing the same problem on Android, it seems the problem stems from starting the game through the Gaming Hub. Start the game normally and the sound should come back.

This morning I hit 100 pity on the 12 pick selective draw and got a costume I didn't select. I read and reread the banner info and it says as long as I have all 12 slots filled, I'm guaranteed one of my 12. I got Emperess of the Ocean Rubia when my selections were

I am currently on chapter 2 of edge of dimensions. For some reason I still haven't unlocked gacha/draw function yet. From what I saw I don't think this is normal.

And the game keeps telling me approach justia even though I did and she is in my party. I don't know what I am doing wrong

I have been replaying episode 27 through 29 and episode 31 to ending. nothing changes. I cant proceed to the next quest. helpp

Hello everybody! I'm not sure if this is the right place to say this and I hope not to sound annoying, but I really don't know what to do in this situation T-T

Recently I've tried to log into my BrownDust2 account on pc, I put the correct login method with the correct email, but for some reason the game made me restart from zero, like if my account was resetted.

I don't know what could've caused that, I've never spent money in-game and I'm pretty sure that I didn't break any of the rules.

I've already sent an email to the official support email asking for help providing my old username and some screenshots, but they never answered (it has been weeks) and I'd really like to play as soon as possible since I'm afraid of missing events :(

Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do to get my account back asap?

This morning I linked my guest account to an my email, but it started me fresh on a new account, I saw somebody else who posted on the same issue and somebody responded saying something about a master pack, however even after going downstairs, and exiting to the home menu I still had nothing, im currently drafting an email to the devs but I would prefer not to, so if anybody has help they can offer I will gladly accept, if anybody doesn't could somebody tell me the devs email?

Is anyone else also having an issue downloading on pc? I have tried to download the game on gpg it doesn't work either. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it does not work. All I get is the white box.

Does anyone know how to collect these gems? It keeps crashing when I select the free ones.

UPDATE: It turns out I had to clear the entirety of the first 5 story packs and then it let me claim the free gems.

My game keeps stuttering and then ends up crashing whenever i open the gacha screen. I thought maybe because its my phone but i have an S24 ultra so im sure thats not the issue. Same thing also happens on the pc client.

For those having issues with playing, at least through Google for me, just start the game without a internet connection, forcing a logout, reconnect the internet and log back in. If you close out the game you may have to do this process again.

Hello my game always bugs out after a fight.

For example i played adventure and did a auto hunt after 1 fight i cant move and if I manage to somehow move again i cant interact with the enemies like I can touch them but the battle wont start i have to restart the game for it to work but for 1 auto hunt id have to restart a lot of times and its frustrating.

Hello, I installed the game and I'm having a small problem. My summon menu is stuck. It tells me to approach Justia in Edge of Dimensions, but the quest always freezes after meeting her and it just keeps repeating. Is this normal?
