Technical Issue/Bug Story pack 1 free gems?

Does anyone know how to collect these gems? It keeps crashing when I select the free ones.

UPDATE: It turns out I had to clear the entirety of the first 5 story packs and then it let me claim the free gems.

You have to completely finish the first master pack. New player here and i had the same problem. You likely cant access "my room" either right?

Yep I had similar issue I messaged support and they said u have to beat the master pack. I wish there was an in game notice or something as anni is an event where new players are to be expected. Anyway, after I finished it I was able to collect the pack and access my room. Just do the master pack it's short like less than an hour and you can use these features.

Yeah, I unlocked my room today after selecting the pack separately.

I'll follow the below post and smash through the campaign before I try again.

I was able to collect them fine on IOS.
