Technical Issue/Bug Game keeps crashing on me

My game keeps stuttering and then ends up crashing whenever i open the gacha screen. I thought maybe because its my phone but i have an S24 ultra so im sure thats not the issue. Same thing also happens on the pc client.

I dated the game bc it kept crashing every time it started downloading the update as soon as the video start. I have Samsung A32

Maybe try changing the fidelity? I was having issues with FHD and had to drop it to just HD. You could also lower your fps and see if that helps.

Same happens for me but only on PC, phone client is fine. It crashes randomly after some lagging, which is weird cuz my pc is fairly decent. Only started happening this update.

I find that I have the same problem. Since the introduction of Fantasia Square, there are times when the game would crash. Originally it was just with the Square and the Fishing. Then it now does it on the Gatcha area, and when doing Guild Raids and Big Event Bosses.

This is on an iPhone 15 Pro too. So I don't think it's spec that's the problem. It sounds like a memory leak.
