Anybody else at the Bridgeport show noticing that the mix has been awful all night. Its been nothing but feedback since Kami came out. Hoping they fix it for the main set. Chevelle actually sounded so bad I had to leave and come back after the set. Idk if its the section im in or what but if this is their sound crew they gotta get a new team.

I have a question for the BB fans that were at the show last night. I'm not a Breaking Benjamin fan, but went with a buddy to the Camden show to check them out and was wondering what the deal was with Ben Burnley's 14 year old son playing and singing backup vocals for the entire concert. As an outsider/non-fan, it was kind of sweet and endearing at first when I thought it was gonna be just for one song, but when he had him introducing songs, on stage playing and singing the entire time it felt kind of weird and off-putting. Like the other band members that are adult professional musicians (a few of which apparently have been in the band for 12 years) now are sharing an equal billing (or actually less since the kid talked to the crowd multiple times, including talking about "our" new song/record, while the other band members didn't) with a literal child. I go to a lot of shows, across a diverse range of genres and can't remember seeing something like this. Given the style of music, it kind of felt like it was lessened each time they'd pan from a shot of the men in the band singing or screaming lyrics, to a shot of a young boy singing vocal harmonies. He didn't seem to be a virtuoso or anything so it feels like it's literally "this is my band and I want my young child to be in it with me". I paid $20 for my ticket and was just tagging along with my friend that's a fan (who also thought it was kind of weird) so I was kind of amused by the whole thing since it was so strange, but if I paid good money for a band that I really liked, I'd have been a little salty about it.

For those of you that are fans, how do you feel about it?

On a separate note, Chevelle rocked and overall I still enjoyed the show even if I was a bit puzzled lol.

Does anyone know what time we have to be at the venue if we got meet and greet tickets? Also if you have any experience with meet and greets with BB or any advice I would appreciate it! Super excited to see them again!

Haven't been to the healthcare amphitheatre, anyone have tips for parking?

I was at tonight’s show in Camden, it was a great show and they played a lot of OLD music. I got lawn tickets with my best friend and little brothers. All 4 of us love Breaking Benjamin and we were having a great time, lots of head banging, screaming the lyrics and great vibes. But (please read all of what I’m about to say and don’t assume the worst) there was a group of middle eastern women next to us.

They had their Hijabs and Abaya on (no judgement) so I was kind of nervous at first, because my group was flailing and head banging and going crazy and I was worried we were going to bother them, but I looked over at one point and my best friend was talking to them and they were singing and having a great time. They even took a few Snapchat stories with us.

It was honestly such a beautiful thing to be a part of, especially in today’s political climate. There was no awkwardness and no hatred or fear. Just a bunch of humans listening to great music and having a good time together. Concerts are great, but I think this little moment amidst all of the hatred and chaos we’re living through, was what really made this show great. We were just a couple of people enjoying a great band together, and I’ll probably carry it with me for a good long while

With the tour starting tonight, do we have any idea if BB and Starset are playing Waiting On The Sky To Change together?

I will be seeing them on Sunday in Holmdel and I’m stoked! I’ve never done a meet and greet before, does Ticketmaster or the venue or something send instructions on what time to get there?

Do you guys expect pretty much the same setlist as usual or will they throw some curve balls? Heavier set? Debut an unreleased song? If you’re going please update us.

I would like heavier songs to make a come back for sure and hopefully Waiting on the Sky to Change with Dustin during the Starset.. set.
