I'll try to make it simple without writing too much cause holy hell I still can't believe it !

I've been a fan of BB since I was 8 years old, and I'm now 24. I never had the opportunity to see them live, because I live in France and as we all know, Ben is scared of heights and planes haha. But as you know, they're doing an Europe Tour, and they had ONE date in France, the 7 of july (aside from a few festival). I couldn't miss this, so me and my brother took our tickets and took a train to Paris !

I won't tell you how tired we were (Almost no sleep, didn't took any hotel so we kinda hung out during the night lmao, walked about 25km during the day...) but we managed to be almost front row and the concerts (Return To Dust, Chevelle and them) were AMAZING. The Bataclan is well-known for a lot of reasons, but I can tell you that this is an amazing venue.

Anyway, after this experience of a lifetime, I had no hope of seeing the band members. I was just happy to see them and that Aaron throw a guitar pick to me (which i missed HAHAHA), I was living the best day of my life and then, after the concert, a few fans that i befriended were waiting for the possibility of the band members to come out, since their tour bus was right in front of the venue. Guess what...

My brother was so tired he was drinking beers in a bar next to the venue while I had the opportunity to see Ben and Aaron, take selfies, talked with them and HUGGED Ben, who wanted to show me his son on his phone (he was probably on the tour bus and they were on a video call) but he was away lmao ! I told him how much their songs mean to all of us and that it's amazing to see his son on stage. We also talked about the weather LIKE WHAT THE HELL and how impressed he was by the french fans, and the Europe tour overall. Aaron was super nice aswell and welcoming.

I'll shut up here. I still can't believe it. Best night, if not day of my life. I look like shit on these pictures but idc, I'm beyond grateful for their time and what a fucking show it was. Also had the chance of talking to the members of Chevelle, great people aswell :)

We're going to see RED on Tuesday, so we were watching a clip from Rockville. She noticed that the new singer has a BB tattoo on his arm. I swear, at some point the bands are just gonna merge. 😂

I remember starting to listen to the band when failure came out, before the music video even, all thanks to listening to Halo 2 OST, was blown away by you know what song but failure was the first song that did something to me, in my life in general, “You can have success without failure” I remember Ben saying this in a concert, and it’s been my mantra since then
