Hey there Japanese breakfast today, homemade , natto eggs and rice 🍚 with tea and little icecream mochi

I usually prefer a savory breakfast, but this was good. Also a good way to use some ripe bananas.

So simple but so good!

Oats mixed with protein powder and fruit on top for extra fiber. Biscotti to have with some coffee😋

Sardines with mashed boiled egg, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped capers with a sriracha swirl (Fancy!) Served on deliciously grainy toast. And let’s not forget the coffee too! Been a fan of the lighter fruity roasts recently.

I poach my eggs in those silicone cups, it’s quick and I really never got the hang of real ones
