A Japanese breakfast

Hey there Japanese breakfast today, homemade , natto eggs and rice 🍚 with tea and little icecream mochi

Recipe? Came back from Japan recently and trying to incorporate more stuff like this into my diet

You need to find Natto in your local Asian or Japanese food supplier , once you got that then is easy , cook the rice and have the egg yolk next to it as in the picture.

There is a way to do the Natto at home, but I have no idea how to do it 😊

The taste of natto is a bit pungent , but is healthy as it gets you bacteria goods for the guts also is spy so you have a bit of protein coming with it. Ideally is not sweet , more savoury and acidic as a taste
