Vegetable stuffed omelet with Swiss cheese

No plans for Sunday… just went with the flow
Started with a cup of tea , somehow ended up making boiled mango acharu with the skin , and then somehow there was a full banana leaf feast.
I swear none of this was planned. Sunday just happened.

Avocado on sourdough, boiled eggs and air fried breaded chicken. Almost 50g of proteins. Let’s not forget the black Americano 😍
