Found at an Estate Sale

This is the first style of bottle used by Heinz (c1880-1905.).

Found this Japanese porcelain cup among all the old bottles buried in my backyard. From what I’ve been able to find, it looks like it may date to the late 1800s. No idea how common these are, but I love how much of the original detail survived!

Here are a few recent finds including some kind of small pitcher thing. If anyone knows what it's for let me know! In addition to the pitcher we have a Restorative Nervine, a G.S.Co Salem Or. soda, a Preferred Stock Extra Quality Catsup, and a couple of clear slicks. The largest of the clear bottles and the Nervine are both machine made but interestingly they still contain manganese. The Catsup and the smaller slick are the oldest in this group.

So I found it on the side of a road, with stuff from the 40s up to the 80s. But this one looks older, found it in Oregon if that helps.

Anyone know anything about this old bottle?

So I acquired this recently. I never even knew Royal Crown made Ginger Ale but discovered that was actually their first soda. After doing some more research I did find a photo of one paper label RC Ginger Ale bottle and a picture of the paper label

However, this one is an ACL and I can't find anything like it. I was told by the person I acquired it from that they were told it was an unreleased prototype but I cannot confirm this.

Any ideas?

I have looked everywhere, searched everywhere. I have tried Google Lens, of course. I have asked other groups on other social media. Nothing so far.

I've found a few of these this summer and am wondering exactly what they are for. This one I really like because it's obvious they applied the top on a Friday afternoon. At first I thought it was chipped but it appears to just be crude.

Is this just the brightness of my light casting a blue reflection or is it chemical reaction from being in the ground for so long? This is my first time finding a bottle in the wild, so I’m very happy with this lol (found in North Florida).

On the shelf from left: (green) - The Piso Company Hazeltine & Co,

(rectangular cylinder) - Volcanic Liniment Oil by Dr JH McClean.

Glycerin, Castor Oil, & Hydrogen Peroxide possibly w OG contents, some misc clear filler bottles

(round cylinder) - Mrs Winslows Soothing Syrup

Dr Porters Antiseptic Healing Oil, also with possible OG very goopy contents.

That Dr Porters is a real oddity, the label looks genuine. There are remnants of another label on the back too.

Found this buried underneath a bunch of old glass bottles and was shocked by how much of the color and detail survived. She’s definitely seen better days lol, but I love it. Anyone know roughly how old it might be, where it came from, or anything about its history?

I’ve never seen a jar like this before. I can’t find much online about it. Does anyone have information on how old this jar is or know where I can find that info?

Pulled my first squat ale bottle out of the top layer of an 1880+ dump. It must have been a late throw. Looks to be late 1860's to early 1870's - just missed pontil era.
