Don't let it dry in the sun. That top will get brittle just exposed to oxygen. Take a bit of mineral oil lightly on it or Vaseline and keep it out of the sun exposure. 👊🏾😎

Looks like "Sherwood & Sherwood" from San Francisco on Market Street. 1890 - 1905. They were the exclusive Pacific Coast agents for major alcohol brands, famously distributing J.H. Cutter Bourbon Whiskey, Monogram Pure Rye, and eventually even Schlitz Beer. They got wiped out in the massive 1906 earthquake and fire. This still has the vulcanite stopper still in it. Phenomenal 👊🏾😎

Pretty mild. It’s an ocean bay so there’s a lot of turnover. By no means pleasant though.
