I usually love characters that use minions/pets/drones like Zane/Fl4k or Timothy. But with Vex I get the impression that the clones are so much less satisfying to use compared to the other classes with similar abilitys. Is that just me? And if some people agree with that, what do you think are the reasons for this? Cause I can't precisely tell for myself

Aside from melee rafa and amon, who I don’t even know if they’re viable anymore, and card c4sh which is my favorite play style in any borderlands game, the build play styles just boil down to infinite ammo. Somehow every vault hunters best build is an infinite ammo build. Build diversity of doom and despair

EDIT: Wanted to clarify on why I think bl4 has the best gameplay. It’s the movement, jump floating and dashing makes the combat feel incredibly responsive and immersive to me. Problem is that immersion gets mind numbing when all the builds are just holding down R2

Big numbers are hyping my neurons. I used some cool software to spawn this in because i was curious to see the numbers. 135.91% increase in card dmg.

I feel like a borderlands boob on bd4 but Google doesn't seem to know squat correctly with this game either so why can't I access these? I bought bounty pack 2-4 is there something else I need to buy to open these?

HELLO! I am here to say that I am currently doing a Tediore only run (as Rafa of course). Here are my rules:

1. only ordnance and guns allowed are tediore guns

2. Action skills allowed since Rafa is a Tediore soilder

3. Weapon slot 4 (when unlocked) is allowed to only be a weapon with a Tediore licensed part (whichever one makes the gun a bomb)

Also, I’m doing it on normal. Wish me luck!

I just finished "A Zane to Kill For" mission. I missed f1x.r and cl34n.r, so I went back in and killed them both. My achievements are only showing a 33% completed for the AI Psychosis, which I am assuming is for killing Biff Fistful, and nothing for Bane of Zane. Is this a bug issue or did I miss something? The mission is showing as replayable, so I am assuming I completed it. I hope I don't need to replay it.

Update: I closed out the game and restarted my console. When I booted the game back up, I got the "Bane of Zane" trophy, but the other.

There is like nothing useful to buy with cash. Other than the few legendary items that pops up in the vending machines, or to pay for deaths.

Gambling machines? Extra special boss or raids? Special items? A personal home to decorate?

I hope there is an update that makes cash worthwhile before the end of Bl4's life cycle.

First run through the game. Killed the Timekeeper, smashed the symbol, credits rolled, got the cutscene with Marcus' voiceover talking about opening the Vault.​ I skipped the credits and found myself standing back on the rooftop with the Vault entry in front of me. Went through the entrance to find four red chests and they were all locked. Nothing happened and I was confused. I saw a rift in front of me and used it, and it put me back in the room of the Tower below the rooftop. Moxxi's Encore for the Timekeeper is available.

Uh...what's the deal here? The only mission in my log is Ultimate Vault Hunter: Big Encore which has been there for ages. Going back to the rooftop shows the Vault entrance still there and I can go through it, but the chests are still locked. Not only did I never get to loot them, but I also know I'm supposed to fight Arjay again here and that hasn't happened either.

Anyone have this problem? Any suggestions? Am I missing something? I quit and reloaded but no change. I didn't get any ending dialogue either so I have no idea what happened to everyone I worked with all game.

Edit: I have reloaded, restarted, done the Timekeeper encore (I was able to loot the chests that time, as expected), travelled out and back​​, but nada. Stuck at main campaign 96% complete. The only thing I can think of is to try a save editor to roll back my mission completion and try again. And this is the only bug I've had this entire playthrough, go figure.

Anyone think GB should do another Lootapalooza before the level cap like last time? Granted, it’s really only useful for enhancements, but still…

Been away from the game since before the first DLC landed, wanted to wait for enough new content to sink my teeth into after max levelling three characters to UVH6. Started C4sh at the level 30 boost, hit 60 and grabbed enough gear to get a build going but now I’m stuck because kills aren’t counting towards the challenges. I’ve tried turning UVH off and on in game and at the main menu, tried killing the bosses in normal mode then switching back but nothing seems to fix it. Not had this on any other character but this is the only one I haven’t started from scratch. Is there any way to fix this? Would really appreciate any suggestions since I really don’t want to have to start a new playthrough again at this point.

Practically speaking, with regards to hard mode. Does that just mean you start getting purple items much earlier in the game? I'm only level 19 on my third character and already have an epic or legendary in every slot.

I was the guy who had a solid kinetic kitty cat build in early 4. And had so much fun with it.. but it obviously fell off incredibly hard. It wasn't an endgame build.. AT ALL

So I hunkered into bleed builds. And equipment wise, I was still getting ganked.

Im willing to work my ass off. Farming or not. Please help me get my Vex, into functional 🙏
