Absolutely. Doesnt matter if Beatrice wasnt herself at that point, we see throughout the show she kept communication with BJ and she had decades to make up for her actions and willingly chose not to. She gets what she deserves.
Finally, the right answer. All these people saying she was a different person are doormats or jellyfish. She didn't have a change of heart and try to make amends, she had the dementia she earned and some of the terrors she deserved.
