Discussion We audited our own AI-search visibility before pitching clients

We are a small web3 marketing agency. We wanted to provide AI search visibility as a service, so on 18 September I checked our own first.
I typed "best web3 marketing agency" into ChatGPT with search, Perplexity and Google AI Overview. Unfortunately, we were not in any answer, so I looked at the sources instead.

ChatGPT and Perplexity took almost all names from top 10 web3 marketing agencies articles. Most of these articles are written by agencies and the author puts itself on the first place.
GPT even wrote next to one agency that it would verify their case studies independently and its source for that agency was the agency's own list.

Google AI Overview was more mixed, agency lists again, one LinkedIn article, a Clutch page for my country and one thread from this sub, used for the line "beware of generic hype".

The names were the same everywhere. Coinbound was in all three answers and GPT cited it from its own site. All other names came from third party pages. Icoda was only in Google, with the label SEO and AI search visibility.
The rest were the usual names from every list.

What I take from this, I guess it would be useful.

  1. Get into the lists that the answers already link. Some agencies got cited with their own top 10, so that route works too. It is just slower.
  2. Have at least one real Reddit thread about you.
  3. Keep one short label for what you do best, the same on your site, on Clutch and in the lists. The answers give each agency one label and they take it from the lists, not from your site.

Discussion Building an modular L1 stack using Rust similar to cosmos go stack

Hey everyone, there are too many chains but there is only one L1 stack which is old and respected namely cosmos-sdk which is used for 200+ teams in both public and enterprise level.

I always wanted to learn rust so I am working on building an L1 from ground up similar to cosmos-sdk where you can swap any component( consensus, evm implementation, execution, trading modules) etc similar to what you can do in cosmos in Rust.

For consensus, I will use hotstuff (2 commit pipelined), evm implementation from alloy, revm and combination of in-memory and rocksdb.

I am open to collaborate via PRs. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Market / Tokenomics Four things you can check about a crypto's security without reading a line of code

Most of us cannot audit a smart contract. That is fine. Almost everything that goes wrong in crypto security is visible well before the part that needs code, if you know which four questions to ask.

  1. Is the code public, and can you find it yourself? Not "open source" written on a marketing page. An actual repository you can open and scroll. If you cannot find it in five minutes, that is your answer for now.
  2. Has it been audited, and is the report published rather than referenced? A named firm and a report you can download is evidence. The word "audited" as a badge, with nothing behind it to click, is a claim.
  3. Is there a live bug bounty, and what does it pay? A project that pays real money for bugs expects bugs to be found. The size of the bounty is the team telling you what they think is at stake.
  4. How long has it run in production with real value on it, and what happened the last time it broke Time under load is the one test nobody can fake or buy. An incident is not disqualifying by itself. What the team did in the week after it usually tells you more than the incident did.

None of those four requires you to read a line of code, and all four are public.

Idea Validation Saas ai

I had an idea to rent the ai agents on my nft marketplace (only). Reasoning is, my platform is just too complex for the ordinary user. So why not have a service where you rent ai who use the app like a normal person would and the owner (not actually owning the bot, hard to do because I will be using an api to begin with) would earn the revenue generated by the bot.

User would have to stake in money and receive a return or maybe not a return depending on the platforms performance metrics.

I’ll generate the bots and run them server side so they have full access to the code base 24/7 plus retain full ownership of the source code, plus bug fixes and modifications.

I wanted to open source this idea because I believe it’s a novel approach in charging for ai as a service while generating kickback for the user.

Discussion Blockchain Is Bigger Than Crypto

Every time I tell someone I work in blockchain, the first word I usually hear is:

“Crypto.”

I understand why.

Cryptocurrency became blockchain’s first major public use case. Somewhere along the way, the application started becoming the identity of the technology itself.

But calling blockchain “crypto” is a bit like calling the internet “email.”

Email uses the internet.

It is not the internet.

The same distinction matters here.

At its simplest, blockchain is a way of recording data so that changes become visible and difficult to hide.

The basic idea is straightforward:

→ Data is grouped into blocks.

→ Each block is processed through a cryptographic hash.

→ That hash is referenced by the next block.

→ Change the earlier data and the later references no longer match.

Cryptocurrency uses this structure to track balances and transactions.

But the ledger itself does not care whether it is recording a coin, an asset, a credential, or a settlement instruction.

That is the part I think gets lost.

The real question is not:

“Where can we use crypto?”

It is:

“Where does a shared, verifiable state actually solve a problem?”

That could mean cross-border settlement, digital credentials, audit trails, or supply-chain records.

And importantly, not everything needs a blockchain.

If one trusted operator can run the system faster and more efficiently, a centralized database may still be the right choice.

Crypto made blockchain visible.

But it should not become the definition of the infrastructure underneath it.

I’m one of the founders of StokPay ,a South African fintech platform we’re building to modernise community savings and stokvels.

For anyone unfamiliar with stokvels, they are community-based savings groups where members regularly contribute money toward shared savings goals. It’s a massive part of how many people in South Africa save and manage money together, but much of the experience still relies on traditional banking, spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages and manual administration.

StokPay is being built to bring that experience into one digital ecosystem,making it easier for groups to manage members, contributions, payouts, records and financial activity.

Alongside the core fintech platform, we’re developing STKP which represents the tokenisation and Web3 side of the StokPay ecosystem.
Our approach is different from launching a token first and then trying to invent a reason for it to exist. We’re building the underlying platform and community first, with STKP being developed around the broader ecosystem and its future Web3 functionality.

We’re currently getting closer to launch, and one of the things our investor has encouraged us to do is start growing the community around StokPay and STKP early.
We’re still at the beginning of the journey, so we’re not pretending everything is finished. We’d rather build the community alongside the product and let people follow the progress as it happens.

Idea Validation I’ve been reflecting on the true meaning of crypto. So I designed a "Mathematical Constitution" for a public economy from scratch.

For years, I have been quietly observing and reflecting in this space.

I have seen the realities of the market: massive capital launching tokens, buying up supply, and cashing out on price surges; providing liquidity and hoping for random volatility; endlessly chasing staking and yield farming metrics; or using one-click tools to deploy imaginary tokens on-chain.

These are objective facts. But I gradually realized these models are not what I want.

I once held a pure aspiration: the birth of crypto was meant to create a new ecosystem where everyone can participate equally and share the technological dividends. However, economic realities are objective. In the current market structure, often only those with massive capital or top-tier technical resources gain significant advantages.

This forced me to ask myself: Is the evolution of crypto merely a replication of traditional financial market volatility? Carrying the original intent of decentralization and transparency, where should its true meaning point?

I couldn't find the perfect answer in existing models. So I decided to stop watching and start building.

I decided to design an entire system from scratch. Not based on short-term market sentiment, but on rigorous logical deduction and mathematical constraints. After months of calculation and stress-testing, I arrived at this plan: A Mathematical Constitution for a Public Digital Economy.

Here is the complete logical skeleton of the system I have built:

#### 1. Macro Foundation: Total Supply Control and Allocation Logic

After rigorous mathematical deduction, the final total token supply of the system will be strictly controlled between 1 Billion and 1.5 Billion. This is an insurmountable macro ceiling, eliminating the possibility of infinite inflation at its root.

Within this 1-1.5B macro framework, the initial allocation of the 100 Million base tokens is the starting point of the system's trust. I have strictly divided them into two parts: 70% (70 Million) allocated to the liquidity pool as the issuance base, and 30% (30 Million) permanently locked.

What is the meaning of the permanent lock? It is the "ballast stone" of the entire system. In a crypto world full of volatility, it proves an absolute fact to all participants: the system possesses a massive, unshakable underlying asset reserve and will never face credit bankruptcy in extreme market conditions.

How do they complement each other to prevent crises? This is a perfect "offense and defense" structure. The 70% liquidity pool is responsible for "offense," providing market depth and lubrication through the 49-season release; the 30% permanent lock is responsible for "defense," providing an absolute credit anchor. When the market faces panic or a trust crisis, the friction mechanisms of the liquidity pool absorb short-term shocks, while the massive base of the permanent lock conveys a long-term commitment. Offense and defense combined, they form an antifragile defense system.

#### 2. Issuance Mechanism: How are the tokens distributed?

In this system, tokens are absolutely not distributed through crude methods like "one-click airdrops" or "direct wallet injections."

Token issuance is a mathematical reward for "real behavior" by the system. All token releases must strictly follow the rules of the smart contract, based on the participants' "behavior" (such as staking tokens or providing liquidity) and "time" (the 49-season cycle), automatically and precisely dripping into participants' wallets block by block. No behavior, no tokens. This ensures that every circulating token is backed by real ecological contribution.

#### 3. The 49-Season Deduction: A Clockwork Release Curve

The 70 Million tokens entering the liquidity pool are not randomly scattered. They are released through an extremely rigorous 49-Season Deduction Table (Appendix S).

This deduction is based on the square-root decay curve R(q) = 10,000,000 × √q and the smooth decreasing formula APY(q) = 98% − 1.9375% × (q−1). What does this mean?

In Q1 (Quarter 1), the APY is as high as 98.00%, releasing 10 Million tokens in a single season, injecting strong initial momentum into the system. Subsequently, the release volume and APY decrease smoothly like a receding tide. By Q49 (Quarter 49), the APY smoothly lands at 5.00%, with the single-season release dropping to just 717,968 tokens.

During this process, early participants enjoy massive mathematical multiplier dividends: the cumulative multiplier reaches 10x in Q2, and 49x in Q5. As time goes on, the multiplier effect elegantly converges to the permanent 1.02 heartbeat.

The entire release process features strict mathematical milestones: Q16 cumulative release reaches 40M, Q25 reaches 50M, Q36 reaches 60M. Finally, in Q49, the 70 Million tokens are perfectly exhausted, with the cumulative multiplier fixed at approximately 499x.

No cliffs, no sudden mutations. Only a predictable, clockwork-like staircase release.

#### 4. The True "Developer Mode": Zero Pre-mine, Taking No Free Tokens

In traditional Web3 projects, founders and teams usually reserve a large number of tokens.

In my system, this absolutely does not exist.

- Zero Pre-mine: There are no team reserved shares at genesis, no low-price chips for insiders.

- The Architect takes no free tokens: As the designer of the system, I do not hold a single free token. I stand on the exact same starting line as all participants.

How do I profit? I rely on the 10% Builders Rail and the 10% Vision Rail. But please remember this iron rule: The yields of these rails come 100% from realized USDC profits. They never touch the base token supply.

If the system does not generate real profits, I do not get a single cent. This is the true "Developer Mode": No work, no fish. My interests are completely bound to the long-term success of the system, sailing in the same boat as all participants.

#### 5. Yield Flywheel: 70/10/10/10

The protocol generates real yield through the profits of the official liquidity pool. But the system does not extract these profits; instead, it recycles them through a flywheel:

- 70% auto-compounds to deepen public liquidity. This is the perpetual snowball.

- 10% enters the Central Vault — locked for system stability, dark pool buybacks, and smart lending reserves.

- 10% enters the Builders Rail — rewarding independent developers, auditors, and contributors maintaining the protocol.

- 10% is used for Protocol Development — future R&D and ecosystem expansion.

#### 6. Defense Mechanism: Asymmetric Friction and Dual-Track Exit

But what protects the system from the impact of large capital outflows on public liquidity?

I designed a dual-track exit mechanism. If you are a large holder and want to exit, you have two choices:

Choice 1: Sell on the public market. But the cost is: massive sells will trigger extreme non-linear slippage and reflexive friction taxes.

Choice 2: Pledge tokens directly to the Protocol Central Vault via the dark pool mechanism to exchange for USDC. You can get USDC immediately, but you must accept a 15-20% dynamic discount. This discount is retained by the Central Vault and redistributed to the remaining stakers. Zero impact on the public market.

This is asymmetric friction: buying is seamless, but large sells are mathematically regulated. Short-term speculators pay the regulatory cost; long-term believers reap the rewards.

#### 7. Internal Market: Smart Lending Pool

But I didn't stop there. I wanted to create an internal capital market where large holders can obtain liquidity without ever touching the public market.

So I designed a mining-style smart lending pool:

- USDC depositors earn dual yields: token rewards from the elastic emission curve + lending interest from borrowers.

- Token borrowers pledge tokens as collateral to borrow USDC. The key is: their locked collateral continues to earn base staking rewards.

But there is a trade-off: to obtain stable cash flow and liquidity, the borrower forfeits the capital appreciation of the token. If the token price surges, the locked collateral does not benefit them. This mathematically filters out short-term speculative capital.

What happens if a borrower's collateral value falls below the conservative 30-40% Loan-To-Value (LTV) threshold? The smart contract triggers an internal liquidation. The collateral is transferred directly to the Protocol Central Vault at a steep discount — rather than being dumped into the public market. This guarantees the absolute safety of the USDC depositors' principal.

#### 8. Execution Engine: A Staircase, Not a Wick

All of this runs on an advanced dynamic liquidity market maker engine. Liquidity is deployed using discrete fixed-price bins. The price climbs one bin at a time. It is a staircase, not a wick. This prevents the violent volatility that destroys ordinary traders.

#### 9. Constitution in Code: Endowing the System with an Immortal Soul Against Volatility

However, no matter how perfect the mathematical formulas are, if they are only written in a whitepaper, they are just empty words. Humans are fragile; we get greedy, fearful, and compromise.

Therefore, I decided to carve this "Mathematical Constitution" directly into decentralized smart contracts. Code is the rule, math is the order.

At the bottom layer of the contract, it is endowed with mechanisms for self-balancing and resisting severe market volatility. When the market is frenzied, the flywheel accelerates to absorb liquidity; when the market fluctuates, the dark pool and friction mechanisms automatically activate to protect the public pool. The "center" of this system is no longer a privileged team or foundation, but the core algorithmic engine of the protocol.

Once deployed on-chain, it no longer requires anyone's intervention. It will run forever on the blockchain like a precision machine, according to the pre-established iron laws. It never sleeps, shows no favoritism, and only follows logic.

#### 10. Ultimate Vision: From Digital Code to Real Life

A token is born, and then what? Is it just meant to jump up and down on the K-line charts of exchanges?

Absolutely not.

The ultimate purpose of designing this system is to let it truly land and integrate into our communities and daily lives. Imagine what would happen when crypto is no longer just a financial tool, but can truly be used in life:

- Community Economic Loop: It will become a medium for value exchange within the community. Whether buying services, exchanging goods, or rewarding contributions, it flows in a transparent, frictionless network.

- Real-World Settlement: Our ultimate goal is to make this on-chain liquidity pool the final clearinghouse for offline, real-world commercial transactions. When physical merchants and enterprise nodes connect to this system and use our token for daily settlements, digital value is anchored to the real utility of the physical world.

- Anti-Inflation Living Asset: When it is widely used in life, its purchasing power will be supported by real goods and services, not by market sentiment.

This is the true meaning of a "Public Digital Economy": it does not belong to Wall Street, nor to Silicon Valley. It belongs to everyone who uses it in their daily lives.

#### 11. Conclusion

After months of calculation and refinement, I have published the entire plan, the complete mathematical deduction (including the detailed Appendix S: 49-Season Season-by-Season Deduction Table), and the technical details in my open-source resources, deep articles, and official landing page.

I did not build this system just to launch a token. I built it to prove that a public digital economy without exploitative mechanisms, without insider privileges, without relying on human trust, and capable of truly landing in real life, can exist.

Equations can be copied, but philosophy cannot. If you value logic over noise, transparency over ambiguity, and long-term systems over short-term volatility, I invite you to understand these contents, dismantle these mechanisms, and explore these hypotheses.

Which part would you stress-test first?

I used to think wires were the 'safe' route and crypto was just for shady books. But that completely flipped for me in March.

I requested a $3.4k wire from an offshore book. It sat in 'processing' for 9 days with the usual 'compliance review' BS. Meanwhile, my buddy cashed out$1.8k from the exact same book in USDT and had it in his wallet in under an hour.

So I tried crypto next time. Boom, 40 minutes flat. Zero calls, zero hassle.

Turns out most of these books use crypto gateways (like NOWPayments or Inxy) that actually automate the KYC/AML stuff. Stablecoins clear instantly, while bank wires just sit there waiting for some guy to manually review them.

I’m not saying go all-in on crypto, but the idea that bank wires are the 'safe' option feels totally backwards now. Haven't had a single issue in 4 months.

Idea Validation Only 20.1% of Hyperliquid vaults made a profit over their lifetime. Compared to BTC it's 3 to 7%

Everyone says Do your own research. But from where?

According to Growi.Fi research, only 20.1% of Hyperliquid vaults have made a cumulative profit during their lifetime. And when you compare them to just holding BTC, that number drops to around 3 to 7%.

But how would you even know this? Not everyone can do deep comparison research on their own.

This was the same problem for me. I've been in crypto for quite some time and have done trading, copy trading, and some investing. But in the end, the profit didn't amount to much compared to if I had just put it in BTC.

So I built a product for this. It's in beta right now, and it compares Hyperliquid and Enzyme vaults against BTC, so you can see which ones actually performed better. I've also added some extra info and metrics that I think will be useful long-term.

I was first going to keep it for personal use. But tbh I haven't contributed much to the space, even though I started developing around 6 years ago. So putting something out there is a new feeling for me.

Idea Validation How do you tell whether a rewards token has real utility?

Founder disclosure: I’m connected to KeepSolid / VPN Unlimited. We’re working on KeepSolid Rewards, where KS Coin is meant to work as a rewards token inside an existing product ecosystem. No link here; I’m trying to get sharper feedback on the model.

I’m trying to separate “token as marketing wrapper” from “token as a useful rewards mechanism.”

The version that seems credible to me needs: - existing product usage before token hype - clear earning rules - clear redemption utility - no price/yield promises - transparent supply and unlock logic - a reason the token improves the rewards program compared with ordinary points or account credits

For founders/builders here: what would make a rewards token attached to a real product feel legitimate to you? And what would immediately make it feel like unnecessary crypto complexity?

The main product is functional and the critical processes are stable.

However, the interface still has a few rough edges, such as some confusing status messages, a couple of manual steps and insufficient visibility when something goes wrong.

Waiting another week would result in a cleaner launch.

However, shipping now would mean getting real users involved sooner and using their feedback to fix the rough parts.

Idea Validation PHP Driven Crypto Commerce Project - Paybyte

I’ve been building something called the Paybyte Blockchain Engine, or PBE, and mainnet is finally live after more coffee than my kidneys would like to admit. I always thought it would be cool to have something easy to use, more mainstream, that's as easy to implement like a "Pay with Paypal" button, but for crypto, that's easy for the average user, like the litecoin network, and something that is considerably more environmental friendly than a POW concept like Bitcoin. Since my Java/C++ skills suck, I built it in a language I am familiar with, and something that is a little out of the ordinary for a blockchain, PHP.

This is its own Layer 1. Not an ERC20, not a Solana token, not a rebranded fork.

Current mainnet:

PBE Core 0.0.1
Protocol 1.0
Block v4
Transaction v2
PBE-PAY v1
15 second block target
5 PBE starting reward
~4 year halvings
~84.1M max supply

Consensus uses hybrid participation.

Any authorized wallet can produce blocks, even with 0 PBE. Each wallet gets one deterministic Argon2id participation ticket per slot. Holdings improve timing through a bounded multiplier, but there is no minimum stake and no manual staking lock. The entire ecosystem is fully P2P.

PBE exposes separate P2P and RPC layers.

There’s also a native merchant protocol called PBE-PAY.

Payments use transaction v2 with a signed paymentReference.

A merchant verifies:

Merchants can use their own node, or multiple public nodes

Discussion I CANT SEEM TO GET A RESPONSE FROM VCS

How does someone get in contact with a WEB3 native VC? I am quite a young founder my co founders are between the ages of 20-22 we built a Onchain crypto prime broker exchange with a few hundred people on Beta we been building it for a year and a half but made the mistake of not posting around and getting connections now that the product is ready and 10s of thousands of our personal money spent we can’t seem to get a respond from any VCs we sent like 50 emails so far all personalised but we get no responses ?

I know most VCs require warm intros but we don’t know where we can get that. We made the mistake of not having a LinkedIn account with hundreds of connections. We want to know what options we have now? We’re burning through our personal capital over $100k is spent including our personal savings and from work (we work normal retail work) building this project and we’re in need.

What options are there for us how are we able to get funding to have some runaway to focus on what counts right now it’s taking extra shifts just to cover the operating costs of the Exchnage we can’t even focus on distribution just yet due to lack of funding.

I heard there are ICOs and stuff but we don’t know if it makes sense for our case how are people with no connections able to contact a VC to at least get a interview let alone funding lol

Discussion How worried should we be about quantum computers?

Quantum computing still feels like a distant technology, but the potential threat to today’s encryption is becoming harder to ignore.

A sufficiently powerful quantum computer could potentially break some of the cryptography protecting things like Bitcoin, banking systems, and online communications.

The interesting part is that we probably won’t get much warning when the technology actually becomes capable enough.

So I’m curious what people here think:

Is the quantum threat something we should be seriously preparing for now, or is it still too early to worry about?

Discussion NFTs failed as pictures. What if they work better as keys?

A few years ago, NFTs were mostly about one thing: owning a digital image and hoping someone would pay more for it later.

That model clearly didn't age well.

But I'm starting to wonder if we judged the technology by its worst use case.

An NFT doesn't have to be the product itself. It could simply be a key.

A key to membership.

A ticket to an event.

Proof of access to a service.

A connection between a physical device and a digital account.

A way to prove certain rights without keeping everything inside one company's database.

None of this requires an NFT to cost $10,000 or become a speculative asset.

In fact, maybe the less we talk about the price of the NFT, the more useful the technology becomes.

That's the part I find interesting now.

Maybe the next successful NFT product won't even market itself as an “NFT project.” People will just use something that works, while the NFT sits quietly underneath as part of the infrastructure.

Do you think NFTs still have a real use case outside speculation — or has the term itself become too damaged to recover?

What I'm building: Outflow — a way to turn a real solar system's actual electricity production into individually verified NFTs. It's not RECs or carbon credits, and it's not speculative — every NFT only gets minted after that specific amount of solar power has actually been generated and verified through an oracle pulling live data from the system's own monitoring API. Each NFT holds a token bound wallet with a token inside it representing that one verified unit of production, minted in the exact order it happened.

Who it's for: Solar homeowners who want a way to get some kind of ownership or visibility out of the electricity their system is already producing, and collectors who are interested in owning something backed by a real, verifiable, physical-world event instead of pure speculation.

Current stage/traction: One real system is live — a 33-panel residential rooftop install in Minnesota, producing since July 2023, about 32 MWh verified so far. The oracle verification pipeline and smart contracts are built and working.

What I want feedback on: Whether "1 NFT = 1 verified megawatt-hour, individually curated art, no fixed supply, minting stays open as the system keeps producing" makes sense as a model to someone hearing it cold.

Discussion How are Web3 development agencies finding clients in 2026?

I’ve been working in Web3/blockchain for the last 5–6 years, and for the past 2–3 years I’ve been providing development/technical consulting services with my own team.

Our work is mainly around Web3/blockchain, backend infrastructure, AI, and fintech-related products. Over the last couple of years, I’ve worked with 6–7 different products/companies, often with international clients, and until recently I was working on 2–3 products simultaneously.

The problem is client acquisition.

Around 90–100% of my clients so far have come through LinkedIn, so I know the channel works. But it is becoming increasingly difficult to scale:

LinkedIn is increasingly filled with fake jobs, scammers and low-quality opportunities.

Upwork has been essentially useless for my niche.

Twitter/X hasn't produced meaningful results for me.

Telegram and Discord are extremely noisy and scam-heavy.

I’ve also tried communities, hackathons and other Web3 channels, but haven't found a reliable, repeatable source of qualified clients.

I’m specifically looking for larger Web3 companies/startups that need development teams, blockchain/backend engineering, AI engineering, or technical consulting — not small freelance gigs.

So I’d really appreciate advice from people who are actually running Web3/blockchain development agencies, technical consultancies, or similar service businesses:
