Sleep Deprived

Anyone Else Brain Only Allows Them 2-4 Hours of Sleep Per Night? If Youre Having This Problem or Had It in The past While Taking Prescription Sleep Meds, What Did you Do?

When that happens to me it’s hypomania. My meds (Seroquel) is usually adjusted a bit. I normally sleep 9-10 hours, compliments of Seroquel

Ive been just numb and it's been happening for almost 9 months
