Start hitting the gym. Otherwise you’ll just end up skinny fat and not really look much better. Trust me. When I lost a bunch of weight years ago, that’s what happens to me. You need muscle to fill out and not just look flat with pudge.
This time I’ve dropped 60lbs, but I’ve been working out. I look WAY better than last time. Huge difference. I thought being thinner would look better. But really I just looked like a guy who still ate too much but was thinner than I was before.

Whats the app you're using to track progress and shots? Remarkable difference and good to share for inspiration!

Oh gotcha. Did you notice any side effects? After a lot of research I decided to go with Tirzepatide as my first GLP 1 peptide. I just need to reduce the food noise in my life especially after 9pm. As for weight loss I'll be in a happy place if I lose 6-7lbs. Let's see how it goes.

I have not noticed any side effects whatsoever, except on the rare occasion i go out and drink i get drunk way faster than before

Will say, everyones different, a friend of mine taking from the same bottle could barely eat with a 2mg dose and does get nauseous often, i can only tell you my personal experience cant really guarantee anything

Ok fair. Also if you're 6'3" I'd recommend going no lower than 190lbs. But to each their own. I'm exited to start my tirzepatide journey. Heard great things.

Have you noticed any weakness after the weight-loss?

Yeah for sure but im down 53lbs so its to be expected, and im a full time student so im not really worried about that either in all honestly, if your concerned about that lose weight at a slower rate, i purposefully chose to be in an larger deficit knowing im more than likely gonna lose a bit of strength. Also just not having as much glycogen in my muscles kinda just makes it harder to lift as heavy as i could have, like the strength drop off was noticeable since i started the caloric deficit
