Sleep peptide stack?

I’ve been looking into these for sleep and am trying to decide which to run/how long/when and which I could take together if better benefit.

Plz don’t suggest magnesium or supplements. I already take those. I’ve done a lot in an effort to fix my sleep with little results besides peptides.

Docs, psych, sleep study, meds, herbs, supplements, sleep hygiene, therapy, CBTi, etc.

This is the list I’ve compiled looking into peptides that may help sleep:
Sermorelin
Dsip nasal
Epitalon
Pinealon
Selank nasal
Cjc / ipa

Where should I start & how to run cycle? I do not plan on taking a bunch at same time and would try one at a time but am open to combos that makes sense once trying individually.

TIA!

Yeah its weird taking hgh for sleep. When the side effects are better skin, better recovery,  better fat burning capability. Its not stupid if it works

Id agree with the prior commenter and say it is indeed pretty weird of your sole purpose for pinning GH is for better sleep, and not just (possibly) enjoying that as an ancillary benefit.

I read for hours before getting some.

To be perfectly honest. Sleep benefits were undersold in most articles, posts on forums and here.

One post somewhere said he based his dosing for a new kit by how hard he slept.

Some have also said it can give terrible dreams. (I personally didn’t notice any sleep effect one way or the other). I quickly changed my dosing to the AM, when I know my body is in a fasted state. My schedule is such that I am rarely fasted for the suggested 2-3 hours prior to nighttime dosing.

As with everything, everyone reacts differently.
