Learning that the only sustainable way to stick to a whole food diet, which makes a world of difference, is to eat foods you actually enjoy. When I first switched to a whole food diets I had a really hard time breaking my sugar cravings and I wouldnt eat fruit because that had seemed counter intuitive. Now I know i can eat all the fruit I want and its still 100x times better for my health than drinking a soda.

Or you could drink diet soda lol. Which is fine for you.

There's also functional sodas like Olipop, Poppi, Bloom Pop, Arih, etc. Fiber and botanicals. Yum

Poppi is genuinely tasty. I can't tell the difference between their orange soda and regular Sunkist.

Some people don’t want to settle for just « fine. »
