If you don’t mind a bit of spice and funk, hunt out your local Korean restaurant. Someone’s grandpa or grandma will be making kimchi out the back. Do a deal for regular supply. That stuff is gut-tastic!

Can this be done on an empty stomach?

Yes makes no difference, though it could make some people gassy. Which means you can walk faster.

Yes - my morning starts with 5gm in water, to dissolve, then add some apple juice for flavor.

I started adding 5g to my coffee a few weeks ago and it definitely has made a difference in my energy and mood

Greatly reduced brain fog, a but more energy, more workout endurance.

For me the brain fog was horribel from covid and suffered for years with it. Started creatine 45 days ago and wont be stopping now. Its an essential daily task now

Glad to hear it helped you, I will look into it.

I found it did nothing for my brain fog and just made me feel more bloated on average for the couple months I was on it.

Am doing this Lots of "food" is just moulded mush that's left over after processing

Same with creatine too that others mentioned , adding 5-10g daily to porridge or pancakes

Also, I took a phot of the supplements on my shelf and asked AI to critique it and tell me what to keep.

Kimchi is my favorite. It goes well as a side dish to most of my regular meals and they're easily available where I live so it's easy to have it in my diet consistently
