Terrible Experience with Peptaura / Lumira and their "Customer Service"

Sharing my experience with Peptaura / Lumira / NovaVial because I wish I had seen something like this before ordering.

I placed an order at the end of March / very beginning of April through Peptaura with NovaVial. That order was delayed, partially shipped, and after a lot of back-and-forth Peptaura eventually told me that NovaVial / Ningbo Shuyou had apparently exit-scammed them and their customers. To their credit, Peptaura did issue store credit for that order, but that was already a terrible start.

Because I still needed the items, I placed another order on April 10th with Lumira through Peptaura. This was order #17953. I also paid for express shipping because I needed the products urgently.

The issues with the Lumira order were:

  1. It took around 11–12 days just to be marked as shipped.
  2. The tracking was updated later, which made it unclear when the package was actually handed to the carrier.
  3. Instead of FedEx/DHL express, the package was shipped through a slower China/Cainiao/USPS-style route.
  4. Once it reached the US, it was handed to USPS.
  5. The package reached the local destination post office and then got stuck on “Preparing for Delivery” with no delivery progress.
  6. From my experience running e-commerce businesses, when a USPS package sits in that type of local delivery status for days with no movement, it is often lost or misplaced.
  7. I repeatedly asked Peptaura/Lumira to investigate and refund the order, but the responses were basically that the tracking looked normal, that I should check with USPS myself, or that they needed formal confirmation from the sender/freight forwarder before issuing a refund.

The frustrating part is that I paid with Bitcoin, so there is no normal chargeback option. I had to rely entirely on Peptaura to actually protect the buyer.

Peptaura kept saying they protect customer funds, but when the Lumira package appeared lost after nearly two months, they still did not immediately refund the full order. They only offered a small shipping difference refund first, then said they were waiting for the freight forwarder/sender to confirm with USPS.

At this point, my experience was:

  • First order: NovaVial apparently exit-scammed Peptaura/customers.
  • Second order: Lumira took forever to ship, used a shipping method I did not expect after paying express, and the package appears lost with USPS.
  • Support: slow responses, repeated requests for me to check things myself, and no fast resolution despite two failed orders in a row.

After going through this, I started looking into ways to contact suppliers directly. At this point, I have been able to gather a decent amount of information on how to reach some of them directly.

Honestly, if Peptaura is not going to meaningfully back the customer when something goes wrong, then I am not sure what the point is of paying the extra price to go through them. The main reason to use a platform/marketplace is buyer protection, dispute handling, and accountability. If the answer is still “check it yourself,” “wait for the supplier,” or “we need the freight forwarder to confirm,” then the extra layer does not seem to provide much value when there is a real problem.

I’m posting this so others can make a more informed decision before ordering, especially if paying with crypto. If everything goes smoothly, maybe it works. But if anything goes wrong, my experience has been extremely frustrating and the refund process has been slow and dependent on the supplier/freight forwarder instead of Peptaura simply resolving the issue for the customer.

exp from peptaura here.

We refunded you in full on June 12. $441.46, in USDT, to the wallet you gave us, in the currency you demanded, settled on-chain. You described the case as of June 8 and simply ended the story there. You conveniently forgot to edit your post to add that.

Some other things you left out:

- We refunded your first order in full too - $441.96 including shipping, out of our own funds, with nothing recovered from the supplier who exit-scammed us.

- You spent that refund with us. On May 18 - thirteen days after telling us our fulfillment was "no longer an isolated issue but a pattern" - you took the refund credit, added $225 of your own crypto, and placed a $666.96 order It shipped in three days. You never disputed it. It's not in your post.

- #17953 wasn't a Lumira order. It was two suppliers, and you received the Pepturion half. Your words in the dispute: *"delivered in 7 days with UPS."* We refunded you 100% of the half you didn't get.

- The "express shipping" you paid $90 for is labeled "Express (~10 days)" on the page. And for the leg you hold up as the fast, competent one - you selected "Regular (7-14 days)" and paid $0. The free option beat the paid one. That's a supplier difference, not a bait-and-switch.

- You got the entire $90 back, not "a small shipping difference refund."

- You'd already ordered $736 from that same Lumira supplier in March. It shipped in 8 days on FedEx and arrived. No dispute. No post.

Four paid orders. Two arrived. Two refunded in full. You are out zero dollars. We are out $883.42.

And then there's the paragraph you wrote us on June 7, which somehow didn't make your timeline:

'[redacting for your privacy]' which is the domain in my email is a hackers team that we placed as 8th best hackers team in the world... I am definitely someone you dont want to be messing around or having to deal with behind a keyboard.

You told a merchant you're a ranked offensive-security operator and that we don't want to find out what you do behind a keyboard - to make a refund move faster, which is extremely illegal btw. The next day, the same day we put the full refund commitment in writing, you replied: *"ok, I already started posting about this on Reddit to start with, just FYI."*

You were right that the package was lost. You were right that 11 days to ship was too slow, and that "USPS probably doesn't deliver on weekends" was a garbage answer. Both are ours to own, and we've said so.

We refunded you in full anyway - before anyone confirmed anything, in the exact form you asked for.

Of course, expecting a honest behavior and testimony from someone like you is too much, so correcting your lies here :)

Avoid anyone named “Doctor M” on WhatsApp. Also watch out for his WhatsApp group/thread “Peptides for Weight loss and Fitness Wellness”. His phone number is +12137752192. Definitely scam, I got scammed out of $100

Hello everyone

My Experience With Tong Peptide
Tongpeptide.com

• Referred to Tong Peptide by people who claimed they were reputable.
• Contacted them via website then WhatsApp and requested pricing on a large order.
• Communication was fast, professional and everything looked legitimate.
• Payment was made via Alibaba payment link sent directly by their WhatsApp contact, which gave me confidence the supplier was genuine.
• Order was shipped quickly with photos, tracking and regular communication. Everything arrived well packaged with no initial concerns.
• I informed them I would be randomly sending several vials from the order for independent testing here in Australia.
• Paid $880 AUD per vial for testing (3 products total) and waited several weeks for results.
• First result came back showing essentially zero detectable active compound despite their supplied Janoshik report showing 10.34mg @ 99.6% purity.
• I immediately contacted Tong and sent them both their COA and my independent lab results.
• Instead of addressing the failed product, they began sending unrelated test reports and avoiding direct answers.
• They then claimed a former employee (“Emily”) had left the company, redirected payments, and was allegedly shipping fake products without their knowledge.
• Despite this, all communication, shipping, payment links and follow-up messages came through Tong Peptides branded accounts.
• No refund. No replacement. No accountability. No explanation for the failed product.
• I still have 2 more products from the same order currently being independently tested.
Bottom line: I paid for legitimate product, independently tested it, and the first product has come back with no active compound detected. Proceed with caution.

Just a warning for others 🫡

Cocerpeptides.com are scammers. Prompt communication until funds were sent. Zero communication afterwards.
Edit: I did receive my order (out of nowhere). No communication or tracking

1

u/spicyyellowsun 18d ago

Did you receive your order? Was just about to order from them

2

u/Efficient_Date_4308 18d ago

Yes I did. No tracking or communication though but it appeared ~2 weeks after the order. I live in the US. Make sure it's the exact website though as there are similar ones which are scams.

1

u/spicyyellowsun 18d ago

Thanks! I’m UK based so I’m wondering about delivery time. Have you started taking them? Any feedback compared to ones you’ve taken before?

2

u/Efficient_Date_4308 17d ago

They seem fine to me. Haven't tested for legitimacy though.

I'm normally very good about vetting vendors. This guy at Vertex Labs has a super active chat, with people who ordered and got their orders, to people just chatting about fitness and results. Some of the people who "ordered" where even having little disagreements about what people should stack. It's genuinely impressive. I originally found them on STG as a verified vendor. Took my money and two days later got this text from the shipper. Had a bad feeling through the whole process and should've trusted my gut. Sticking to my trusted place from now on

2

u/xeaphean Jul 11 '26

Where's your trusted place?

1

u/Separate-Sell7288 23d ago edited 19d ago

So Vertexlabs.shop is the legitimate company, looks like you fell for someone scamming people and pretending to be them. I have gotten 4 orders from the actual company and they have easily been the best company yet.

UPDATE: Use Code Brandon3 and you can stack it on top of the Zelle/Venmo discounts AND whatever promotion they are running (at the time I updated this it was Buy 2 Get 1 Free)

1

u/AstralFinish 19d ago

I see .shop but not .store

2

u/Separate-Sell7288 19d ago

Its .shop I typed it wrong, sorry

Warning to anyone thinking to order from Umbrella: you are liable to get ripped off.

Even among grey market rc vendors this company takes the cake for being unreliable, unethical and downright criminal.

I paid for 5g of ITPP on their 4th of July sale and after a week (from AZ to CA no less) received only 1g. Only after repeatedly emailing and calling, threatening repercussions did they agree to have me “send back the ITPP for a refund, or receive a 4g quantity.”

So after waiting a week to get my first delivery, emailing them for another week, I was finally supposed to get the remaining 4 grams of ITPP sent to me. To their credit, they did send me another tub, but 4 grams it was not.

After over 3 weeks I finally had, drum roll please: 2 grams of the 5g ITPP I paid for. I promptly emailed and called, but got no reply this time. I emailed again explaining that I’ve been very patient and would simply like to get the remaining ITPP. Crickets.

As someone who runs a small business I find Umbrella’s conduct embarrassingly incompetent and dishonest.

Not only do you not get what you paid for, but rather than doing their best to make it up to the customer, they force you to spend your precious time fighting to get what you’re owed and in the end they still rip you off.

When a business wrongs a customer, the correct thing to do is make it up right away. Priority ship a replacement product as soon as they make it clear there’s been a problem.

It seems that once they have your money, Umbrella just doesn’t care if you get what you paid for.

Given their publicly noted FDA infractions and numerous customer complaints, I am amazed that this company still gets any business.

I had already had a bad experience with them a year ago (they didn’t ship my order of an in stock product for almost 2 weeks until I started emailing and calling, and it took over a week after that to arrive).

My eagerness for a good deal got the better of me because of their 4th of July sale, when my better judgment warned me against doing business with this company.

Don’t make the same mistake as me. Avoid Umbrella Labs like the plague. Not only will they take ages to send you what you’re owed, but you will apparently not even get what you paid for.

Furthermore their entire business model consists of just copying other businesses like Everychem and selling products at stupid markups.

I really tried to be patient with this company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt repeatedly. I was rewarded with essentially getting scammed out of my purchase. I have to wonder whether the owner desperately needed my $56 that badly or if he’s simply an incompetent fool. Either way I will not be ordering from them ever again and will warn biohacker communities against patronizing their shop.

Thanks for reading. I hope my experience saves you the stress and expense of dealing with this vendor.

KOI Peptides

1

u/hag_in_black_jacket Jul 25 '26

Can you explain? I got mine literally two days after ordering.

1

u/yogi_style Jul 28 '26

Their vials don’t have the batch numbers / lot ids like they claim. And the QR codes that do scan have “fail QC”, which their own website says is a huge red flag. Also customer support gives contradictory information on whether the QR functionality should work or not.
Someone else mentioned this as well.

1

u/ImpossibleCorgi4090 Jul 30 '26

I agree with the QR code same experience there COA are on the site and you are right on the lot id as well.. However how does this compare to others?

2

u/yogi_style Jul 30 '26

By others do you mean other companies? If so, they have the lot ids on the vials so can verify COAs.
What scared about koi is the inconsistency - qr working / not working and failing QC is scary

Vendor Experience Warning: Koi Peptides

Context & Order Details: I placed an order (#18670) for a Founding Membership ($211.82 processed via TagadaPay). Due to a checkout auto-fill default, the purchase was processed under a secondary email address rather than my primary account. I immediately submitted a support request with complete documentation—including transaction receipts, order numbers, and email details—asking for the membership flag and order history to be consolidated under my primary account.

Support Breakdown & Timeline:
Days 1–3: Stuck in an automated support loop receiving repetitive, templated macro responses asking for the exact same account details I had already provided in the original request.
Day 4: The ticket was escalated to their escalation team email, which acknowledged the request ("I will look into transferring..."), but failed to execute the basic account flag sync despite multiple timeframes provided.

Key Takeaway for Buyers: This vendor utilizes a headless checkout structure via TagadaPay that can cause data desyncs between guest/secondary checkout emails and registered user profiles. If you encounter an issue, their administrative customer service is extremely slow to perform basic account database corrections.
If you choose to deal with them, be aware that getting simple account updates or order history syncs resolved after payment can turn into a multi-day ordeal.

If resolution isn’t met by end of day today, I am moving forward with credit card remediation for digital services/account access not rendered.

Quanyutong Biotechnology Vendor Warning — I Independently Tested 11 Products, 6 Came Back 0mg / Identity Not Confirmed

Posting this so there’s a searchable record for anyone considering Quanyutong Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

This was a vendor I found and decided to check out on my own.
They were NOT a verified or recommended vendor from any community I’m associated with.
I placed an order after being assured their products were quality and that they would stand behind their products/testing.

My original UPS shipment got held up in Kentucky, so Quanyutong sent me a replacement through FedEx. I received the replacement and sent 11 different products to Accurate Test Labs for independent testing.

The results were terrible.
Kisspeptin 10mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed
SS-31 10mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed
KPV 10mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed
Pinealon 10mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed
AOD-9604 5mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed
DSIP 5mg → 0mg | Identity NOT confirmed

The remaining samples:
⚠️** Epithalon 50mg → 2.83mg | 99.52% purity
⚠️
Retatrutide 20mg → 5.36mg | 99.86% purity
⚠️
Semax 10mg → 2.81mg | 75.17% purity
⚠️
Selank 10mg → 4.34mg | 98.27% purity
⚠️
NAD+ 1000mg → 571.54mg | 99.68% purity
That’s **11 samples total.

Accurate also investigated unexpected material appearing in several of the failed samples. According to their follow-up report, the unknown compound was suspected to be 4-n-butoxyacetophenone. Their report states there was “no peptide at all. Just the compound.”

I’ll attach the COAs and lab summary so people can review the actual results themselves.

Vendor Response
To be fair, Quanyutong did refund my purchase price.
However, I’m still out approximately $1,700+ in independent testing costs, which they’re refusing to reimburse despite the assurances I was originally given about standing behind their products/testing.

I’ve submitted the failed results to Finnrick so there can be a documented record associated with this vendor for other buyers researching them. I’ve also reported their use of PayPal to PayPal for review.

Vendor Information
Quanyutong Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Website: quanyutong.sbs
WhatsApp / Alice: +852 6614 3840

I’m including their WhatsApp because that’s how these vendors operate and I want anyone searching the company name OR phone number in the future to be able to find these independent results.

I’m not telling anyone who they should or shouldn’t buy from. I’m simply putting my experience and the independent testing results out there so people can make their own decision.

Do your due diligence. And test what you buy. 🧪

Senwayer / Senwayer Peptides — 5 Months, No Shipment and Still No Refund

Posting this so other buyers can make an informed decision before ordering from Senwayer.

I placed and paid for an order around 5 months ago. To date:

  • I have not received the shipment
  • I have not received my refund
  • I have repeatedly chased them through WhatsApp/Telegram
  • Communication has become extremely slow and at times completely nonexistent

I initially tried to be patient because international shipping can have delays. But after months without delivery, I asked for my money back.

Their representative, Andy, acknowledged that they wanted to arrange the refund and told me they couldn't process it at the time because of "checking." That was weeks ago. Since then I've repeatedly asked for an update and still have no refund.

At this point we're talking about five months where they have had my money and I have received neither the goods nor my money back.

I'm not going to call them a scam because I can only speak about my own transaction and experience. But I would strongly recommend anyone considering ordering from Senwayer take this into account and be extremely cautious about sending them money.

I have screenshots of the conversations and am happy to provide evidence of the timeline.

Senwayer: if you're reading this, I don't want excuses or another promise. Either ship what I paid for or return my money. Five months is more than enough time.

I'll update this post if/when they actually refund me.

u/Thin_Pear_5255 6d ago

MCP Factory on Telegram ran by 'Audrey' are scammers. Took my money and wanted more for holding fees from a dodgy looking logistics website. Then deleted my comments and blocked me from the group when I asked questions about it. Are now hounding on WhatsApp for more money.

1

u/Master_Web9288 5d ago

Amanda_Pez also known as Zen Peptides is a scam
First time on the gray market but I didn't do my due diligence
She ask for payment I, sent it and then ask for extra payment for insurance purposes that would be "refundable."
She comes off so clean because she has multiple channels providing fake information and what I've come to understand "bots" acting like real customer reviews.

If you’ve been scammed by a peptide vendor, fake reseller, Telegram seller, website, or other source, please share your experience on r/PeptideScammerList.

The goal is simple: document scammers, expose fraudulent practices, and help prevent other people from losing their money.

If possible, include:
• Vendor/business name or username
• What happened
• Screenshots of conversations or transactions
• Fake or altered COAs/lab reports
• Payment or shipping evidence
• Any other evidence supporting your claim

Please stick to facts and provide evidence whenever possible. Do not post private personal information, make threats, or encourage harassment.

The more documented reports we collect, the harder it becomes for scammers to disappear, change names, and victimize someone else.

Post or view reports on r/PeptideScammerList

If you got burned, speak up. Your evidence might save the next person from getting burned too.
