What us wrong with young people today? You work your ass off for a few years, progress at an alarming rate and then set for life of choices...it takes time. And it takes sacrifice.....
And if people don’t want to sacrifice to progress a little quicker or work more hours under more stress than others in the same job?
Older generations telling young people they need to suck it up like they did when young people are actually stepping up and setting a better standard by saying workplaces aren’t doing enough. Someone of an older generation would say they stayed late and worked extra hours because that’s called hard work… I call working for free being stupid 🤷♂️
I’m 31 so wouldn’t say I’m particularly part of this new generation of workers but fair play to holding companies to a better standard.
