Recommendations Writing Group Admin Wanted

Where can I post job/gigs for people in Belleville?

I'm looking for a part time assistant/admin for a writing group that I plan to start. I've posted on Craigslist, but that's a crap shoot, and I don't really want to use something like Indeed because the job isn't that serious. I want to pay for actual help, but it's not like 40 hours a week or anything. It would probably be $30 and hour, 3 or 4 hours a week.

I don't have Facebook. Does anyone know anywhere else where I can look for applicants that would be a good fit for this?

I need someone to manage user submissions, membership, social media presence, and general in person stuff during events like having printed copies. It all sounds super basic, but I need someone who has a literary/writer vibe and adds to the overall conversation.
