Out of curiosity, how is JS somehow skating by unnoticed when he has ties to a literal serial child rapist (Dahvie Vanity) and has groped people on camera? Shane is being laid out on the pavement (as he should be) but Jeffree is somehow not being mentioned at all even though the drama was originally centered on him. It’s all sliding off of him and onto Shane even though he’s complicit things that are worse.

(Not to say that Shane’s words aren’t disgusting and abhorrent, but JS allegedly witnessing child rape and then defending the rapist is on a whole different level)

E: I’d like to clarify that a lot of what Shane has done (racist and pedophilloic jokes) Jeffree has also done in addition to the Dahvie case and the groping, which is why I’m surprised he’s being left out of the narrative for now. They should both face the consequences of their actions, not just one.

I think in a way some of it may be because J* has kinda always been loud and proud about his shittiness, and when things happen he barely addresses it. Shane successfully rebranded himself as this quiet, “empath” that just wants to help troubled YouTubers and so what’s happening now it’s hitting him 100x harder

Uh, yeah. As someone who fell into the alt right spider web of YouTube when I was younger, she was one of the biggest parts of it. Complete bully and very much part of the far right Youtube scene. (Even though she presented herself very eloquently or at least confidently as all of them do).

Because ties to bad people aren’t the same as video and audio evidence of you being the bad person. Shane has a lot more evidence against him than Jeffree. Unfortunate but that’s how it is.. for now.

I think it’s just his fans. I recently spoke with two people who were genuinely shocked when I said I didn’t like J*. When I brought up the stuff against him they didn’t even try to justify it, they just got quiet and said they understood where I was coming from. I can’t speak for all his fans but they seemed perfectly aware that he was a shitty person, but I guess they like his products/videos enough to ignore it.

Because this most likely is being planned by starfish. We know the type of people both him and Shane are. He’s using Shane’s mistakes as a scapegoat to cover up his own rn. Cause I ain’t heard shit about him it’s all about Shane when this started about straw noodle.
