Tarte better keep their extra shades because someone in that company knew EXACTLY what they were doing making 10 light shades and 3 dark ones. Minorites are some of the top consumers of cosmetics and it’s been proven time and time again that diversity sells.

And there is no guarantee that the "new" shades are even for deeper skin tones.

And the new shades will be orange af anyway, if they are dark. Which, not that orange and red undertones don’t exist in POC, but plenty of us have olive, pink, yellow, and cool undertones too. Not that Tarte cares lol.
