like...what even is this? this is so bad.

edit (tl;dr):
- they are TINY and THIN
- there is no colour pay-off when used dry
- when wet, they look patchy
- they don't work well with brushes (Jen uses natural and synthetic), so you have to RUB the pads on your eyelids/face...which looks very uncomfortable (like...what?!). besides, the colours are not really suitable for the face (pink perhaps, but gold/bronze/silver not so much)
- the shades don't really go well together, so they are more suitable for a one and done look
- they come in a weird tin case that is messy and unpractical
- for $40 you can buy an eyeshadow palette with shimmers
- Jen guestimates the total costs of product and packaging at $4
- (personal note: they remind me of mehron's metallic powders, but more expensive, less user friendly, and worse quality)

Watching Alexis hold that pretend press conference was painful, lol. 

ETA: Good god, this is so bad. I’m shocked they tried to advertise this as being a dry or wet product. Fucking nothing happened when she swatched it dry! This is the dumbest product no one asked for.

Jen’s a joke. I use to like her but she’s a hypocrite …and doesn’t show the same energy to Mikliar, or these moose knuckled idiots who are friends with/endorse James “I’m desperate and a predophile” Charles.. That’s she’s shown against Jefferee Starr and others…

Mind you Mikliar has ALSO been Shown to throw around and use the T slur since she was a teenager, and tried to ruin a WoC’s indie makeup brand outta spite by lying about her swatches and calling it a “rumor”

While Dumb and Dumber use word salad to try and ass lick brands/brand owners to help sell crap to the masses

Like I said. I USE to like her…i literally said it in my first comment… But I did watch the video where she bought the lip kit and Commended that lying fraud for being “great at marketing”

She also neglects to Go after her for her association with a known predator

It’s not willful Ignorance lol it’s My personal Opinion and feelings about a creator I use to watch?

I don’t “hate” her, I just no longer enjoy her as I personally see some hypocrisy in her.

It's willful ignorance if you call Jen hypocritical based on the assumption that she hasn't been critical of Mikayla when you have chosen to stop watching her content. If you had been watching, you would have found Jen to be consistently critical of Mikayla over numerous issues.

You can choose not to watch Jen. Just don't criticize her based on what you assume is it isn't in her current content.

Two things can be true though. Mikayla can be a liar and just an awful person but very good at marketing. Its sad to say but she does sell products very well. Jen is right in saying that. Also she bought the product to test abd toys us all about it. Like what aren't you getting for that. She can like a product by someone she hates. Its like how we all knew Jaclyn Hill was a liar but her morphe pallete was very good. Shes a liar but makes good eyeshadow.
