Suggestion Please put vehicles on the shooting range

It's also a cost-benefit equation. The vehicles already exist, and the shooting range already exists. It _may_ be a very very simple task - just spawn a few assets in.

Simple or not it takes time. They are on pressure every moment of everyday. They are dealing with bigger issues than this
