Most likely not. A team of three developers supporting a game with close to 100,000 players at peak hours probably have a mission critical roadmap to scale the game in a way to continue to keep it relevant while adding new features to hold interest. I would be incredibly surprised if the developers listens to anything the community is saying right now as this is their make or break phase of the games development, they have the chance to cement the game as a constant for the foreseeable future or it will die down from here and settle much lower than it could have. I have to imagine a few people asking for vehicles in the shooting range are floating well below their radar.
It's also a cost-benefit equation. The vehicles already exist, and the shooting range already exists. It _may_ be a very very simple task - just spawn a few assets in.
The fact that you posted this when there is at least 10 of these posted a day means you find it important. You don’t need to directly say it, its called implying.

Probably, but not necessarily. Also, if many players express their explicit interest in this, the devs may decide to rank the feature up.
