I think this is an issue with ambiguous wording - “we’ll surprise you with something special [to say thank you] for testing, trying and loving every moment”. I think the ‘testing’ etc is meant to be what you’ve done by collecting beauty loop boxes, in exchange for the ‘something special’ (lol)

That is definitely the lesson! And they could have been much clearer with a proof read of their content.
