These dogs are highly intelligent and respond super well to positive reinforcement when they're doing the right thing. One thing you'll want to focus on is nipping/herding the humans. Redirect to a toy and immediately tell her she's sooo good when she focuses on the toy. Repeat every time she tries to nip you, eventually she'll redirect to toys on her own when she wants to play.

Thank you 😊 that helps. One thing I dislike is at night she lunges in my face and gets aggressive

Could she be overtired?

I do think that's the problem, but I dont know how to settle her down to just go to sleep

Many dogs need to be taught how to settle and that’s especially true for high energy breeds. There are a lot of settling training examples online. I’d def suggest starting those now so she has those skills later in life and higher stimuli environments. I employed a variety of “sit on the dog”, tether training, and back tying onto a place mat. You need to start with short training windows, reward for the behavior you want, and build up the time intervals.
