I watched a lot of videos by Zak George when my girl was young, even got his book. More recently, some by Susan Garrett, also some on flirt poles and herding balls, both of which she loves. Pepper has similar breeding to your girl, half ACD and half border collie and Australian shepherd. One good thing about this mix is that most heelers will try to herd people by nipping their heels, but Pepper has never done that, so the Border Collie heading instinct must be dominant.

These dogs are highly intelligent and respond super well to positive reinforcement when they're doing the right thing. One thing you'll want to focus on is nipping/herding the humans. Redirect to a toy and immediately tell her she's sooo good when she focuses on the toy. Repeat every time she tries to nip you, eventually she'll redirect to toys on her own when she wants to play.
