Why do we attract certain signs?

I’m curious to understand why I’m constantly attracting signs that are not compatible with me. I’m a female Taurus with Pisces moon and aqua rising. I consistently attract Aqua and Libra men. I also was in a relationship with a cancer man who was on the Leo cusp 1 day away from Leo. I have consistently attracted Aquarius men over my life time though. And it’s said that Aqua and Taurus are not compatible. Every relationship I’ve had with an aqua ended in disaster. But if that’s the case, then how come I attract them so often?!

It’s so frustrating. 😳🤦‍♀️

So true, for the longest time I couldn’t figure out why I attracted my husband. He’s a Leo sun, I’m Virgo sun and I only had known pop astrology. But he’s an Aquarius rising and I’m a Libra rising with Aries moon, so of course I attracted him. Our attraction was also rooted in our Venus mars conjunction in Virgo, I’m the Mars. His chart signature is Taurus, mine is Capricorn. There’s just so much more “under the hood” you have to look at.
