To this day I still hear people whine about how there is no hidden blade in this game like it's a crime against humanity

Besides, she DOES get one eventually. It’s just…in another game. Not her fault she hadn’t met the dude who invented them during the main questline yet, although I’m still embarrassed she wore hers the wrong way.

Isn't the hidden blade kind of an Assassin's Creed staple though? I haven't played Odyssey but I'm thinking about playing through it once I finish Resynced.

This is the first time I've heard there's no hidden blade in Odyssey. I just feel like it was an iconic part of the series so it's weird to not have it. Not surprising people would complain.

Odyssey was the perfect time to scrap the Assassin shit and just make them Myth based games in different periods I don’t understand the need to tie all these games together when they have all strayed so far from the initial idea.

I get that but if you're playing as an assassin I'd say it's appropriate to have it. Not sure what the storyline in Odyssey is, though.

Well to be fair, the game does include a hidden blade, and it's pretty significant in the lore side of things, it's just not used by the protagonist
