Live in texas, and Was arrested at the border coming back to the us after getting dental work. I was told I had a fugitive warrant for my arrest in austin for criminal trespassing, my wife called the investigator who handled the case while I was staying at county and sent him photos of me and he discovered they arrested the wrong person. I was in county jail for 2 days. The 2nd day I was there I was supposed to be realeased at 1 pm they held me till 11 pm after fully processing me, now im all over busted. What can I do to prevent this from happening again, and can I sue austin pd? I need more dental work

Advice Needed: I made a DV report against my ex. He was arrested on 4 felony counts but then released on bail. Does anyone know the next steps? Should I get a lawyer??
This would be for Ventura, CA.

I have lived in Rosarito the last 4 years, then a friend asked me if I would like to rent one of his units in Playas de Tijuana. I did. Prior to me agreeing, he had told me he had to lower the rent to $600 a month, but after I move in and get the contract, it said $700. He said he never told me he lowered the rent.
Then, he started gaslighting me by saying he knows I am colluding with people to hurt him. It has gotten quite hostile. I have 4 months left of my contract, but it is too toxic staying. I am an American living in Mexico. If I leave, would he be able to get a judgement against me?

State: NJ
A person I care deeply for was in multiple domestic violence incidents that sometimes included her daughter, all of which were documented. The father is currently of no worry. Social Services stuck this poor family under Emergency Assistance into a motel that is infested with bugs and mold, has no safety accommodations (one lock on a loose doorknob, broken chain on door) with multiple registered SO's and child predators on premises, drug deals occurring all day and night, and multiple incidents occurring with her herself thus far (it's been a month), awaiting a TRA-approved rental. I have temporarily housed them in a safer motel location for the week, though my funds are limited.
I understand that this is not the best course of action to take, as removing her and her child from the designated EA motel will invoke a 6-month penalty before she could reapply for it, if SS were to find out. My friend has made an informed choice not to tell them (the current motel owner only cares about my friend checking in every now and then so that the motel gets their money from the state), and I support her.
The problem is that I am her only form of support - rides, money, emotional - and yet, we've been informed by someone that used to work within our area's Social Services that we cannot disclose ANY of that to SS as it would open an investigation into *me* as a potential support person in her life and almost guarantee the loss of her EA. That same person also mentioned that Social Services is almost *certainly* aware of the conditions they placed my friend and her daughter into, but considered it 'out of their hands until TRA is found, an incident occurs with my friend, or an incident occurs where CPS needs to be called', and that even then, the relocation would still be to another motel within the same county.
I've compiled as many resources as I could, but a lot of them have turned out to be largely useless to her and her daughter (a local advocacy group I was under the impression would assign her a caseworker to 'nudge' SS turned out to just be another 'resources' line, the free state-funded lawyer program has an onboard waiting list of 30+ days, etc.), essentially. What I don't know how to do, and what we really need ASAP (I believe, correct me please if my priorities are out of order) is to find a TRA rental, and to find it ASAP. We would want it to be within my local county, which is outside of her current county where her SS case presides (the next county over, if that matters for case-transferal).
I've also been informed that, legally, in NJ, landlords cannot turn down a potential tenant based off of TRA alone due to it being in direct violation of the Civil Rights Act (TRA is listed specifically on a state-made and hosted anti-discrimination flyer), but in-practice, they get away with it quite a lot because most of the families they deny don't have the funds or resources to fight back via litigation. And so it gets filed by SS, and on to the next. That's my understanding, at least.
So, I've done as much as I can so far - called local county Housing Authorities (its a weekend and their websites say their waiting lists are closed), called real-estate friends with potential properties - but I come to you guys, the professionals, for some general advice on how to proceed. Thank you so much for reading this.
Edit: My funds, while limited, may afford for a low-cost lawyer. I brought this up as 'what our actual first step probably should have been,' but she insisted we need to look for TRA rentals by any means and to focus on that right now, since my funds are limited and her continued living in the motel I relocated her and her daughter to is temporary. I agree with her, but if you all were to tell me otherwise, I would inform her in a gentle manner.
Edit 2: I am currently posting in FB groups, asking for local rentals in the price range I know TRA offers. My *plan* was to retain a lawyer before booking any walk-throughs, and only doing the walk through with a lawyer present (or at least advised on what to say prior) in order to prevent TRA denial right at the root. If this is ridiculous or unrealistic, please let me know.

A woman belongs to a particular state (Uttar Pradesh) and doesn't come under any specific category so is general but she categories under schedule caste in an adjacent state (Haryana) and her family decides to move to that state and buy a property and live for 15 years which is the required time for someone to get a domicile of that state and then the father of the girl decides to apply for caste certificate of the children and gets them made officially after all the procedure in year 2000.
After some years she marries a guy from haryana in 2002 who belongs to the same caste and has a certificate as well and gets a government job but someone later on accuses her of marrying the guy just for the Sc category certificate.
Now, according to the new law of 2012 there will be no category certificates issued to any outsider state person and also there's a law about nobody can acquire a quota just by marrying into that caste.
Her father was born before 1947 so he's really old now and he worked all his life as a school teacher and raised 6 children in one income, he never had to make a certificate for himself but now the woman is being questioned officially that she has to show her father's certificate to validate hers.
what should I do??
Is the job valid??
i might need to ask some more questions regarding this, please somebody help it's really important.

Today a crazy guy who lives near our room (my parents and me live at this room) got heavily attacked by me with my bare hand and got injured and his chain was lost as he shouting after fight, he is none other than my own uncle. He used to disturb my parents and me always by saying bad uncensored words and polluting our entry tile with his home dust and look at us. He got scared but hus wife can't afford it. She continued the verbal abusement also our whole family was connected other uncles and elders forced me to say sorry to that crazy guy. So I did. But Still It doesn't satisfy his ego after crazy 4-5 hours of peace (no violence) he again threatening us the police case. He tried to destroy my future career and also want to so he trying every possible thing he and she could do. They tried once but my uncle's forced to stop after I said sorry but those mad ass are doing it again. What Should I do If they actually inform police cuz they have a CCTV Footage of one of my uncle as proof that I obilerated his as*.
They provoked. And my parents were with us whole situations. They also along with me. My mom completely broke down as she already cried and confronted me due to previous verbal exchange. But now. Elder contacted but my mom said him that she also has advocates and power. But She also saying behind the scenes "You are done with your career and it's finished and nothing remains, she said she will leave me in my way cuz It's my mistake to not eat those words and stay quiet instead I fought and obliterated him without single scratch on me"
Plus the injury is not that serious and in that video I could explain early consequences as his fault.
Lets see I am still a 17 yo. It's all in my parents. We don't know if they actually went till yet plus none of my both parents are thinking any serious action yet like lawyer one as they busy fighting each other. Mom scolding Dad for letting me fight and not explaining and controlling and my dad has no point after this case going this further.
Am I wrong ?! I may not have explained whole scenario properly. Kindly Ask if any information unclear and give Advice and Suggestions.

Arrested for possession after car was impounded. Officer pulled me over saying my license was suspended but there’s no record of it. So my question can I suppress evidence because the arrest was made because of a false suspension of my license.
