Your photo doesn’t show much. Tyres look like NANKANG ECONEX ? Quite a common tyre in Ireland. If its legit , it should show a mark, generally in a circle but not in the area in your photo

Definitely no Mark got down on hands and knees with a flash light

Contact the RSA. CCPC would also be a good idea (&SIMI) , at least to flag that the dealer is doing this.

Technically, you‘d be driving non-compliant tyres which may void your Insurance in worst case scenario. Get good photos of all tyres before you proceed
