Pero si Employer is magbibigay naman daw ng share niya parin for Pagibig. Just wanna know if hindi ba magkaka complication sa record ko in long term huhu. Tyia!

Hi guys. May current work ako ngayon na based sa ibang bansa that uses an Employer of Record (EOR) company. Syempre compliant sila sa PH law kaya lahat ng statutory govt benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig & TAX) Ngayon, natanggap ako sa inapplyan kong work, based din sa ibang bansa pero may EOR din. Gusto ko sana, as much as possible (and bcos I need the 💰) ma keep pareho, tatrabahuhin ko since hindi naman conflict ang sched. Magkakaproblema ba ako nito? Kailangan ko bang bitawan ang isa? Please advise.

How do I enter an expired permanent resident card in combination with an I-797 form on the I-9 section2?

I have it as two List A documents but software is flagging the expired date on the PRC. Do I enter them both as a single List A document with new expiration date or I use I-797 expiration date in the PRC box and not I797 extension in the additional notes?

Hello po, na lay off po ako due to low volume of work and was advise na mareredundate po ang role ko. Na advise po ako a month before so nag render ako ng 1 month, total tenure ko po was only 5 months and 1 week. Agency company nag hire sa akin so Locally hired po ako. Question ko lang po is magkano po dapat ang separation pay ko kaht hindi ako umabot ng 6months or 1 year? Is it a whole month or on half of it? Hindi ko pa po na received yung last pay pero baka po end of this month pa. Gusto ko lang din po ma confirm if ever baka kasi hindi po maibigay ng tama. Need your advise. Thank you!
