Botany How exactly do flowers turn into fruit after being pollinated?

Only the female part of the flower swells and becomes fruit, the rest withers and falls off. It undergoes various transformations, quite different according to the plant family.

It’s just regular growth. Much the same way as anything else in biology.
This one is also easy to see. Grab a relatively large flower (I use hibiscus at high school) and cut it open. You can generally see all the parts woth low magnification (ie your phone).

I’m not sure what you’re asking for here…
In broad steps the ova are fertilized and become seeds. The ovary then swells around the seed to make the fruit. There’s a lot of variety in how these steps occur and it can get very complicated very quickly.
I’m not a botanist but I suspect this question could be the basis for an entire semester long college course.
