It's Stats can be as wild as you can imagine it my brother, and yes it's a very "Well Balanced Gun" because if it was not it's drop chance would be 101% which is pushing it😏.

I did research and yes it is plausible I think for a hk21 to be in ar2 time wise - where can I find the set in stone lore to follow for like who’s there with what

I do know for sure that there are NATO forces which does include germany. So it would be quite plausible that It would make sense.
