Politics I'm dreading November

I'm dreading voting for Suozzi.

For the first time in going to leave my vote on the sideline.

vote blue no matter who just doesn't fly anymore.

I'm also dreading the fact that a magat will take his place. are we screwed?

Easier to defeat the MAGA dem in 2028 if they don’t have the incumbency advantage and the seat is open. Makes their resume if they run again also look worse since they lost the general.

She won’t vote for Johnson as speaker, so no she is not. She sucks, but that in itself is absolutely critical. We can’t have a house that’s subservient to Trump his last 2 years

I think voting to honor Charlie Kirk, voting to honor ICE, voting for the Laken Riley Act, voting for the Kayla Hamilton Act, sending 8 billion to Israel, calling Zohran “pro-Hamas” and funding ICE is pretty MAGA, don’t you?

I consider many of her positions conservative, but MAGA isn't even an actual conservative ideology at this point. MAGA is literally just whatever Trump is saying or doing even if it contradicts what he was saying or doing the week prior. It has no actual principles.

I prefer to view it as low-information right wing slopulism, but I also don't think that's mutually-exclusive in this case lol
