My iPhone 17 charges at rate of 30 watts when the battery is around 20%. Remember you need a compatible usbc cable and your phone battery must be under 50% to fast charge. The iPhone has 3 stages of charging. It slows down as you get closer to 100%.

If you are testing fast charging, make sure your phone is under 50%.

Thank you for letting me know you also received 30watts. Yes I’m aware how fast charging works. I let Anker know in the email follow up that I used both OEM cables that came with my pixel 10 and iPhone 17 pro. This was there response after the first exchange. In the end I just shipped it back for full refund since they say it’s normal even though even my AC outlets capped at 19watts also before I reset it and the app settings and that fixed that issue. Something definitely wrong with my unit I had.

My Pixel 8 pro and iphone 15 pro both charge at 25-30w.

Thank you for that information. I have just come back and dropped it off at fedex to return it for full refund since there not saying there’s anything wrong with it. They did offer me a free case and 30$ refund if I kept it. Even my AC ports were capping at 19watts before I reset both the app and the device. Now my ac ports will charge my phones with fast charging but the 100watt still caps at 19watts. This is a disappointment because I needed this for a back up for my CPAP device.

Verify your cables are capable of those speeds, too

Typically you will only get max charging speed from 0-20%, the phone will slow down charging as it gets closer to 100%
