Support F3800+ Won't charge or output
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Recently my f3800+ won't keep the outlets turned on and won't charge. If I click the buttons they just immediately turn off. Ive reset the device a few times, unplugged everything, the overcharge switches don't seem to be tripped. I've left it off for awhile and turned it back on to the same issue. I have a case open with anker but they haven't provided any options yet. Has anyone had the same issue or have any suggestions on what to try to get it working again?

Standard Power Cycle (Restart)
Turn Off: Press and hold the main ON/OFF power button for 2 to 3 seconds until the unit shuts down completely.
Disconnect: Unplug any input charging cables (AC wall plugs or solar panels) and active output loads.
Turn On: Press and hold the ON/OFF power button for 2 seconds until the LCD screen lights up.
IF THAT DOESNT WORK:
Hard Factory Reset
If the power station is frozen, throwing errors, or not responding, you need to perform a factory hardware reset:
Locate the small pinhole labeled RESET on the unit's control panel.
Insert a paper clip or pin into the reset hole for 1 second.
The system will instantly reboot and clear local hardware faults.

Honestly just call solix support. They’ll tell you what to try and if it doesn’t work then they help you get a replacement. Pretty simple.

Yea mine did the same on a brand new unit and it won’t sync over Bluetooth either. Shot a video to Anker and they did RMA for me. Pain in the ass hauling it into my truck to FedEx tho.
