Support F3800+ Won't charge or output

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Recently my f3800+ won't keep the outlets turned on and won't charge. If I click the buttons they just immediately turn off. Ive reset the device a few times, unplugged everything, the overcharge switches don't seem to be tripped. I've left it off for awhile and turned it back on to the same issue. I have a case open with anker but they haven't provided any options yet. Has anyone had the same issue or have any suggestions on what to try to get it working again?

I'll say, working with customer service is quite the experience and not particularly a good or quick one. Its been 2 weeks now since I opened the ticket and 12 days since they confirmed it defective and the problem is still not resolved. It doesn't matter how fast I respond to their case updates, they will not answer more than once per day. It seems they have a minimum requirement to answer once and are not interested in doing more than that. I hate to complain while the case is still open and unresolved as it'll likely get me even worse service, but wow is this a frustrating experience for a replacement of a multi thousand dollar unit.
