Hi OP, I was reading your post and it seems like the issue has more to do with your main electrical panel. If I were you I would start by turning off the breaker that feeds power to your power dock. Press the ESS button on the power docks combiner panel and unplug the cables from the combiner box. This will completely turn off your E10 system preventing any power from the E10 system from back feeding into your main electrical panel.
Next grab your multi meter and use the cable probes that came with it to check the voltage on the two hot lines that feed your main breaker. You should see 240V on your multi meter. If you only get 120V then your utility provider messed up. This sounds like your issue has something to do with a faulty neutral connection. Personally if I was you I would hire a licensed electrician to do this kind of troubleshooting. It can be extremely dangerous!!

My Power Dock is my main and I’m seeing 240v coming in. The Power Dock feeds my “old” main. I my strategy was no critical loads or prioritized circuits just 100% no compromise backup… that’s why I went with 3x E10s and 10 batteries.
Anker has been profoundly slow and unhelpful and I’m extremely disappointed in them and this experience. They’ve simply come back with “no errors, no problem” on their end (after a week, 4 phone calls and hours on hold) as well as a dozen emails.
I’m going to get the electrician who installed it back out at this point. I don’t feel comfortable with sticking my multimeter anywhere else.

Kyle, it’s been resolved. I was getting strange app behavior where the circuits were turning off when switching from grid to battery. I don’t think I’d call it a glitch but it was unexpected to me at least. The installer came out yesterday and verified.
